We have had a turbulent time selling our house with other agents. To say it's been stressful doesn't even come close. This agent and the people that we have been dealing with have always been friendly, informative as well as giving regular updates. I would like to say that Lauren has been especially helpful. She has gone above and beyond to get things sorted and is a lovely person to deal with. We have just had an offer on our property after our last buyer pulled out and Lauren is pushing things to exchange quickly so we don't lose our ongoing purchase. We are impressed with her commitment and drive to make this sale run smoothly and look forward to completing.

Couldn't be happier with the service! Rebekah has been an absolute delight, been with me every step of the process. The whole team are brilliant and nothing I requested was ever to much work. Won't be planning to move anytime soon but when I do Charles Carr will be my first point of call, Highly recommend.

From initially not being sent a copy of the signed Agency Agreement through several cancelled viewings, a whole 10 days without a viewing, the "information sheet for your reference" not being included with either of the Formal Confirmation of Purchase letters, not being told who our "allocated specific member of staff" was, three weeks with no updates on progress (with both offers), failure to recognise the signs that our first buyers were about to pull out, no evidence of any "chasing and providing regular updates on the progress of our sale", a lack of knowledge of our sale among the "18 members of staff" making up the "collective team", being told to drop our key in at one of your Bitterne offices but finding it locked and in darkness when we got there and having to go to the other office where a team meeting was taking place and we were made to feel like we were intruding, being told that we could "collect the keys" for the house we had just sold when we were just enquiring as to whether the funds for the sale had been received - and finally, not being sent the link to this review. In short, very disappointing service and would definitely NOT recommend you.

Initial contact was professional. Backed up with written confirmation of valuation visit. Visit was prompt and process explained. Since being on the market many viewings have taken place. Lauren has looked after us extremely well, no question is too much trouble and her communication is impeccable. She keeps in touch frequently and is striving to help us find the right property after successfully securing an offer on our property. I can not fault the service provided, I feel valued as a customer and without hesitation would recommend this agent.

The service provided from Charles Carr to sell my property has been faultless and I would highly recommend this company. Lauren did an excellent job showcasing the house on the open day and was always efficient and friendly. A special thank you to Louise for all her hard work and for every phone call and email that was promptly answered, she kept me informed every step of the way and definitely went above and beyond to assist with the sale, she is a credit to the company!

We would like to say a massive thank you to Louise and team for all there help in the purchase of our first property. Louise was amazing, she really went above and beyond to help us. She was continually chasing both sets of solicitors to speed them along and getting answers from them when we got no response. Being first time buyers we were pretty clueless as to what is happening when but Louise made sure we knew exactly what was going on at any given time. We honestly feel like without her help the process would still be ongoing! Thrilled with the service we received from everyone that contacted us throughout process. 100% recommended! I just wanted to say how impressed I was with Charles Carr Estate Agents from an Independent Mortgage Brokers point of view. I especially found Louise to be really friendly and genuinely helpful to myself and our mutual client who was purchasing a property from Charles Carr. We were able to give each other frequent updates and she was easy to speak to and keep in touch. She was keen to keep things moving along but not at all pushy and I found this refreshing from a brokers perspective! I would highly recommend Louise and all the staff at Charles Carr and look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

My wife and I recently decided on selling our property so popped into Charles Carr Bitterne branch and got speaking to Rebekah. What initially we anticipated would be a stressful experience (as we are first time sellers) actually turned out to be far from it. Rebekah was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and we were kept in the loop during the whole process and frequently updated throughout. We received much more than we expected from the sale too, which we are ecstatic about. Overall the experience has been very pleasant and dealing with Rebekah has been magnificent, she really made the whole ordeal a breeze and we are more than happy with our experience at Charles Carr. We highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again in the future should the situation arise. Again, thank you Charles Carr and in particular Rebekah for your hard work and support.
