A Big Thank You

Buying and selling a house is always a stressful endeavour, however I’ve been well looked after by the team at Charles Carr throughout the process of buying my home. Despite a few setbacks and issues (through no fault of Charles Carr) the team were always on hand to take calls and emails from me, explain things in detail and get to the bottom of any given situation with professionalism and sensitivity. Making the whole experience feel more personal, less stressful and giving me the reassurance I needed. If I decide to sell in the future you’ll be my first choice for sure! On the ball! Like a dog with a bone!

Having had a few complication in the bottom end of the chain I was beginning to loose hope about my sale! I decided to take the plunge and call Louise to find out exactly what was happening. She gave me clear information, time frames, chased everyone as soon as she said she would, came back with updates and never made me feel like I was hasseling her even when I was! A fabulous member of the team!

Excellent service, Samantha storrar you went beyond your job duties which we can’t thank you enough for. This was a difficult chain due to certain solicitors being involved and if it wasn’t for you on a daily basis phoning these solicitors we believe our sale and purchase would of fallen through.

I found Samatha to be very helpful and knowledgeable in regard to the property I was viewing I didn’t feel pressured in anyway which I have experienced with other agents in the past and I was also made to feel that she was working with me as a pose to against me me in regard to the sale again I have had bad experiences of this with other agents in the past all round from start to finish of the process I was very pleased and satisfied with the level help and customer service I revived during the sale
