From the initial contact approach throughout the support in finding us a property that suits our needs, updates about new properties on the market and selling our properties ( both me and my partner sold our properties) these guys are excellent and set out from the crowd! I definitely recommend these guys!

Louise Carr gets things sorted, chased my buyers SLOW solicitors and kept me in the loop, eventually got me stress free, nearly lost my purchase, but thanks to Louise we got there in the end, also must thank Emma Battye the agent that showed us around the bungalow, always answered my questions when Louise was not available. Two great girls, a credit to Charles Carr.

We have been house hunting for what feels like forever and have viewed a couple of properties with Sam Storrar. We finally found “the one” and made a bid on it, however it was hugely popular. Sam kept us in the loop while bidding went on and we were so thrilled when she called to say our offer had been accepted! Gone 6pm so I am sure beyond the call of duty but she was diligent throughout. We are now in the throws of the purchasing procedure. All at Charles Carr that we have dealt with have been professional and approachable and always knowledgeable. Lauren French showed us around the house we are now purchasing and was wonderful, friendly, answered our questions and promised to call us on the Monday morning for feedback, which she did. If you email, they reply promptly. If you call they answer the phone and if you can’t speak to the person you need to, a message is passed and they do get back to you. In short I am not having to chase anyone, all seems to be progressing in a smooth and professional manner. I am really impressed and would definitely use them for future sales.

Not only did i receive a professional and detailed reason as to why my property was not selling, but i was also given lots of advice as to how i could improve it, and make my property more desirable to buyers. From day one, even to after contracts exchanged they made me feel like a valued customer. If you use Carter Edwards (and you should), please ask for Mark Lawrence. A friendly, trustworthy Employee! Such great customer service!

We have been dealing with Charles Carr for around a month now and have been highly impressed and pleased with the service offered from everyone we have come across. Lloyd carried out our valuation and came back to take the photos and to produce the brochure for our property. We found Lloyd to be professional, honest, friendly and reliable. He is quick to respond to emails/calls and took time to listen to our feedback and wishes. Samantha has been dealing with our house search and has been a delight to deal with. Samantha is fantastic with our 2 year old and is very accommodating to our requirements with timings for viewings (husband works long shift). Samantha will approach us with suitable properties as soon as they are available on the market and only offers us properties that are suitable for our requirements and wishes. Samantha is patient, friendly, professional, will also return calls/emails promptly and keeps us up to date. Samantha was also involved in the sale of our property and has shown the same high level of service in this area too. We would highly recommend both Lloyd and Samantha to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
