GoogleRecently moved into a new home through Brockenhurst letting agency . Rosie was part of the process from the first viewing right through to moving in and even after settling in , she has been a constant help, a quick response and has made what can be an incredible stressful transition, a manageable and enjoyable one . Rosie has gone above and beyond for us , she doesn’t make anything seem like it’s too much and has kept communication between ourselves and the landlord efficient and simple. Second house we have rented using Brockenhurst and I would recommend to anyone . Thank you to the team and especially Rosie for a smooth move 😍

Aiden, Harry and Christian were lively, well-informed, and great fun. Each call to them was answered promptly and effectively. The (back) office team were also spot on. GoogleAidan at Brokenhurst was our EA and for a first time buyer he was brilliant, on first showing us the house he was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and concerns, when issues were brought up buy our bank he went absolutely above and beyond in helping us to resolve the issue. Aidan worked tirelessly and always kept us informed. I honestly couldn't recommend him and the team enough and if/when we sell will be looking to go with Brokenhurst above any other estate agent.

GoogleTENANTS BEWARE!!!! If i could give this less then 1 star i would. As a tenant, we have been ignored, shunned and even i would say bullied from the manner and tone they email us with. We are just an issue to them! We moved in to a property they said has gas heating , but it didnt!!! But gas still runs to property to we still pay a service charge of £10 a month but estate agent and landlord will not respond!! Either landlord is away and they cant talk to them, or now a staff member is on annual leave abd so cant discuss!! This has gone on since august and instead of resolving they evicted and are selling house. Still will not give us any answers to the hundreds of £££££ it has cost us for gas we dont have !!!! I have attached emails from them for you to read the tone. They are rude and do not care about their tenant!

The team were professional, approachable, and kept us well informed throughout the whole process in particular Aidan!! GoogleWe recently completed our house purchase, and although Aidan was the estate agent acting for our onward sellers, he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. His communication was consistently excellent, he kept us updated at every stage, checked in regularly, and made sure we always knew what was happening in the chain. Aidan went out of his way to touch base with us, even though we weren’t his direct clients, which really helped reduce the stress of the process. He was proactive, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout.

GoogleFrom the outset, Matthew and Aiden were very supportive in selling our house. After we had accepted an offer, Ashlea was instrumental in pushing the deal through the various solicitors up and down the chain. Without her, the whole thing could easily have fallen apart so a massive thank you to the whole team for helping us through this tricky time. GoogleWe bought our first home last year and we had the absolute pleasure of James being our estate agent. We cannot even put into words how wonderful and helpful James was throughout the whole process from when we first called to view the property right until we got the keys and beyond. We had heard horror stories about buying houses etc so we were very anxious going into this, however, James settled any nerves and was always on hand with information and guidance, he has completely blown us and our families away with how lovely and supportive he was. Even when James was on annual leave, we were told in advance and handed over to the lovely Craig who was just as helpful and informative. James dealt with our many viewings and family members who wanted to come and see the house! The care box on completion was also such a lovely touch and we have left the process with James and Ewe Move feeling incredibly positive and cared for. We are so happy in our home and we know that a huge part of that is down to James’ efforts. We cannot say thank you enough!!!
