All of the properties in our house-moving chain were with the Oakley branch of Brockenhurst. I really can’t fault them. They have been friendly, efficient, reliable and responsive every step of the way. Once all the sales were agreed, they didn’t step back as I expected. They assigned a member of staff to aid communication and do everything they could to facilitate the exchange of contracts. This was extremely helpful and, I’m sure, sped the process up. Aidan at Brokenhurst was our EA and for a first time buyer he was brilliant, on first showing us the house he was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and concerns, when issues were brought up buy our bank he went absolutely above and beyond in helping us to resolve the issue. Aidan worked tirelessly and always kept us informed. I honestly couldn't recommend him and the team enough and if/when we sell will be looking to go with Brokenhurst above any other estate agent.

We bought our first home last year and we had the absolute pleasure of James being our estate agent. We cannot even put into words how wonderful and helpful James was throughout the whole process from when we first called to view the property right until we got the keys and beyond. We had heard horror stories about buying houses etc so we were very anxious going into this, however, James settled any nerves and was always on hand with information and guidance, he has completely blown us and our families away with how lovely and supportive he was. Even when James was on annual leave, we were told in advance and handed over to the lovely Craig who was just as helpful and informative. James dealt with our many viewings and family members who wanted to come and see the house! The care box on completion was also such a lovely touch and we have left the process with James and Ewe Move feeling incredibly positive and cared for. We are so happy in our home and we know that a huge part of that is down to James’ efforts. We cannot say thank you enough!!!

Well if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Andy was ultra professional from the start and a real pleasure to deal with throughout. He was very genuine in his opinions and had a very detailed knowledge on the local market which certainly gave us confidence. At the initial meeting he gave us an honest value appraisal and this was backed up using details of similar properties that had recently sold in the area, which gave us great confidence that he had done his research. We were happy with the price Andy valued our house at and agreed to go to market. The entire marketing preparation and viewing process was easy and completed by a pleasant and very professional team.
