From keeping in constant touch throughout the whole process, advising and supporting us every step of the way in our house sale and then going above and beyond with helping us in the final stressful stages. You will not find anyone better.

GoogleWe have been very impressed with the service Andy McElligott, at Brockenhurst, has provided, right from the start. We contacted a couple of Estate Agents initially, but after his first visit we had no hesitation in choosing Brockenhurst. He already had a suitable bungalow "up his sleeve" for us at that first visit, and worked hard to help us to finally purchase it. It was a wise move to suggest we move our viewing date forward by a week in order to be in a good position to purchase the bungalow. Within 11 days of our house going on the market, we had a buyer, and after a further week we had an agreement to buy the bungalow. He has always been a friendly presence on the end of a phone and we would be happy to recommend Brockenhurst to others.

GoogleListed with Brokenhurst after finding a house they were selling that we liked. Photos, EPC and floorplan was prompt and done by an external company. After our house was on the market we had a viewing, brilliant! After being promised a particular estate agent to do the viewing; we had to do the viewing ourselves! This was an inconvenience as we specifically went for an estate agent who deals with this. If I knew it was going to be the case I would have gone with Purple bricks, saved myself 5k and still done the viewings myself. This issue repeated for further viewings from our buyer And again when it came to our open day we were given a different estate agent to the one we were promised - so had to waste more time explaining and showing our house to another estate agent. Communication was another disappointment. We were dealing with an agent who left the company overnight and failed to store our information and send off very important forms. We thought we’d lost our sellers! Furthermore, the for sale sign ok the house we bought from brockenhurst didn’t get changed to sold until I chased a long time after. Lots of unnecessary stress which nobody needs. We will not recommend and will definitely think twice about buying through brockenhurst in the future.

GoogleDon't even bother looking for any other agent, these guys are the very best from beginning to end. Very professional, tell you as it is, which I think is important. What's the point in having someone tell you want to hear rather than the reality of the market place. They really are very knowledgable on all aspects of the market, and the price they got for our property, exceeded the asking price and our expectation!

GoogleHad an all around amazing experience buying a house with Brockenhurst. From the very start when we viewed the house, Andy stood out as very knowledgeable and helpful. Moving forward he was always a phone call away and kept us up to date throughout the whole process - often before even our solicitor. We felt genuinely supported and cared for, and he had a positive and energising attitude the whole way through. What a breath of fresh air it was to deal with Andy and Karen who could not be more different to the usual estate agent stereotypes and really care about their clients.
