We didn't use Brochenhurst ourselves, however, even though we were not a client of his, when dealing with Andy he has given us lots of really helpful advice and support. He has phoned us about houses he has coming on and it's clear that understands what we are after. When attending viewings that have been run by them, he and his colleagues have been extremely professional, friendly and very prepared. They also know all the answers to any questions about the houses we have viewed.

GoogleFrom the first meeting with Andy it was clear he was an agent who really followed the market in great detail; who understood how to sell his services to us, using research and substantial knowledge; and who also had an ability to adapt his selling technique to his clients (and thus our potential buyers) He immediately struck us as someone we could trust and has drive and outstanding energy. He didn’t disappoint during the marketing or selling process. Even in the complex situation which we faced he gave us his time generously, was responsive, thoughtful, considered and had great insights to share. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

GoogleWe chose James Cramp to sell our house out of 5 local estate agents because of his expertise and personable manner. Knowing that he would be the only person showing prospective buyers around our house was an added bonus because we knew that every viewing would be done well. He was very responsive to any questions that we had and always gave us feedback as soon as possible after each viewing. He kept us updated on each prospective buyer and when we had an offer, he gave us excellent advice which helped us to secure a good price for our house. Additionally, as we have been viewing houses to buy, he has spent time doing research and giving us his opinion on what the house is worth and guidance on offering. He has been available at evenings, weekends and during the day and clearly enjoys what he does! Selling and buying a house is a very stressful time but James has made it much easier for us. We would highly recommend him if you are looking for an estate agent!

GoogleThe first house I purchased was through this company. I had James first tour me through the home and he was my point of call the entire way through. I started the purchase just before the UK went into lockdown, but I was still able to contact James regularly, and he would always contact me that day or the day after with all questions I had answers. I had a very good experience with this company and had a very smooth house purchase from the estate agent side (not from solicitor side). All in all I cannot really fault anything. Even at the end I got a bottle of wine and congratulations which was nice from James at the house. Thank you very much all! Craig Davies
