I really appreciated Kristian's (Brockenhurst Oakley branch) support on the emotional and very stressful task of selling my home of 32 years. It wasn't a straightforward process due to the challenging constraints of the shared ownership scheme my house is part of. But he was always confident it would sell once available on the open market (confirmed by 3 asking price offers in the end) and kept a steady stream of potential buyers coming through the house. Myself and my husband are both people who don't like the 'salesy/patter' side of these sorts of transactions so really appreciated Kristian's frank opinion and advice style. Thank you for all that you did Kristian- we got there in the end!

We moved in June 2024 with the help of James from Ewe Move Tadley and I simply cannot emphasise enough how brilliant he was throughout our whole experience. We had various estate agents come to value our house and out of all of them, James spent the most time with us and helped explain the whole process. We didn’t feel like just a number or a commission, but real people about to enter the world of moving. James spent 2 hours with us discussing what was going on in the housing market, the sales they’ve made recently and even explaining how the house buying process works. The valuation was fare and competitive too. The photos taken of the house are of such high quality which is so important when selling your house. We also had a 3D tour of the house available as well. Overall 10/10 for marketing. It did take a while to receive an offer however I put this down to putting our house on the market in November 2023. By mid January we had an offer. Then the wait whilst the solicitors did their thing. James was available pretty much whenever we needed him. Which was a lot because I’m a worrier and moving house is so stressful. James made it so much easier and was able to calm our frustrations. Some aspects of our sale were hard to swallow. And costly. But James was able to help our perspective shift from “why the fudge did we even bother?” To “yep. We’re doing it! This is ok. We will be ok!” 5 months later and our moving date finally arrived. James helped us throughout the whole journey and we couldn’t be more thankful. We have our dream home and that wouldn’t have been possible without Ewe Move. Thank you James :D

Having asked three estate agents to provide a quote for my mums probate property, Brockenhurst were by far the best. Why? They had excellent knowledge of the local market, a lovely shop front in Oakley and were professional and friendly. They even made a short video for the Oakley Facebook Group which had a lot of views. Every step of the way they were helpful and provide a first-class service. We decided to delay posting due to previous experiences with estate agents..they start well then seem to drop off?? Not so with this company! They are the ultimate professionals and the main difference...they really care about you. I would recommend Brockenhurst Estate Agents without reservation. I sold my late parents’ home with them, and the service from start to finish has been excellent. The manager, Andy, is amazing! And he is supported by a brilliant team of professionals. When I first put the property on the market, I was very emotional about it. Andy spent time to listen and talk through the selling experience. He absolutely understood the emotions involved in selling a property, and he was a complete star. I had an offer on the first day of marketing and Andy kept in contact throughout the selling process. He was supportive and offered good, impartial advice. As it happened, I encountered many problems with the property, which was very stressful. However, Andy at Brockenhurst was always at the end of the phone to listen. I hope I won’t be moving again soon, but in the event that I do, I’ll be calling Andy at Brockenhurst again. I’ve experienced how stressful moving can be, but this time was worlds apart from before. Andy and the team took on all the “heavy lifting”, kept communication open and reassured me every step of the way. It’s clear they are an experienced and extremely customer focussed group. James found our dream home for us and helped it become a reality. He is just so easy going, trustworthy and professional and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We liked him from the initial viewing as he wasn't pushy or suggesting what we could do with the house, he just let us look at our own pace.
