We had a really positive experience with the team at Brokenhurst Estate Agents, especially Aiden, who showed us around the property and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He liaised with the seller regarding our offer and was always professional, friendly and helpful, which made such a difference as first-time buyers. The rest of the team were also lovely and always pleasant to deal with. The only slight downside was that the completion day itself felt a little unorganised in terms of timings and communication around where and when we could collect the keys. However, this was a relatively minor issue and certainly didn’t take away from the overall experience. We’re now in our first home and couldn’t be happier! We’d definitely recommend Brokenhurst, and especially Aiden, to anyone looking to buy or sell!

We used brokenhurst for the sale of our previous property and they were honestly brilliant. We did have our property up with another estate agent and had a bad experience but moving to brokenhurst was the best thing we did. Brokenhurst actually go round your home and genuinely take an interest in it, we especially loved the fact that other agents come and view the property before it goes on the market so they're ready and fully prepared for viewings, I don't believe any other estate agent does this. All the staff at the andover branch are lovely and easy to talk to. We worked closely with Rhys who handled pretty much everything for us, the regular meetings with him were very informative and useful. Rhys was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and we can't thank him and indeed everyone else in the andover branch enough. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, go with brokenhurst, they sold our property in next to no time. Thanks again brokenhurst, we're so happy in our new home.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Brockenhurst Estate Agents highly enough! They have now sold both of my properties, a flat in Tidworth and a house in Durrington, and on both occasions the service has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the very first consultation, everything was explained clearly and professionally, and I immediately felt that we were in safe hands. The whole process was made so much easier thanks to their communication, knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond whenever needed. One thing that really stood out was the WhatsApp group we were added to. It made communication incredibly easy and meant we could get quick answers whenever we had a question, without having to constantly chase different people. The whole team were kept up to date with our property, so whoever we spoke to knew exactly what was happening. It made the entire process feel incredibly seamless and gave us such peace of mind. Selling a property can be incredibly stressful, particularly when there are lots of moving parts involved, but Brockenhurst made the whole experience feel straightforward and manageable. They kept us informed throughout, were always responsive and approachable, and genuinely seemed to care about getting the best possible outcome for us. The support didn’t stop once the sale was agreed either.
