GoogleBooked an appointment for a viewing and was cancelled on an hour before after already driving far to the location, no apologies at all, rebooked and again cancelled on the day to say the property is already let and again not even an apology, me and my partner both had time taken off work both days for no reason, poor communication and last minute cancellations on both occasions. Not a great experience

GoogleI enquired about one property, but they proactively offered to show us three that matched our requirements in the area. Poppy, who accompanied us, was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient (we got lost with no signal!), we found her to be highly professional and personable. One of the best viewing experiences we’ve had from any agent. Hopefully, we’ll be buying one of the properties we viewed.

GoogleWe have been working extensively with Tianna to secure a rental property from abroad. I've never lived in the UK, and my husband hasn't rented there for many years, so we were a bit out of the loop. We couldn't manage to get the first property we wanted (poor timing on our part), and I reached back out to Tianna when I found a neighboring one available soon after. Things worked out, even after looking like it might not, and her kindness, professionalism and patience got us to the finish line! Others probably would've given up on us with having a more complicated and annoying situation and just given it over to one of the many other interested parties. I can't thank her enough and this is such a great start to our move! Truly glad to be working with her and excited to start a new chapter in a happy home.

GoogleThe guys at Brockenhurst were great. James, Clare and Anji done a really good job finding us our home and always kept us in the loop with convenient communication. They were also able to accommodate weekend viewings with some of their other staff which worked great for us. They kept in touch with our solicitors which was convenient, as it kept everyone on the same page and made the process seamlessly simple. GoogleI recently ended a 7 year tenancy managed by Brockenhurst. Until November 2025 this was fine, however in the last 12 months the attitude of the lettings team changed. Primarily this was due to my raising significant concerns about the quality of the dwelling and that no major work had been carried out in the time I had rented the property. This came to a head when I was erroneously accused of causing structural damage and being quoted nearly £3000 worth of repairs, when the damage was caused by a contractor employed by Brockenhurst 6 months previously. I paid £975 PCM prior to being served with a section 21 in September, and at the end of December 2025 resisted at £1400 PCM. Knowing some of the issues with the property, the address for which I am unable to disclose here for security purposes, I wish to list these known issues below so prospective tenants can view this property with their eyes open. The flooring is unsafe on the landing, may have been addressed with new carpets being fitted, replacing the decades old carpets that wouldn't be replaced during my time in the property. The kitchen is fitted as it was in 1984 when the property was built. The bathroom was only refitted as a result of the damage caused by the contractor, damage I was originally accused of wrongly and caused me great distress at the time. The house to the right of the property is derelict, unsafe for use and rat infested. Finally, there is black mould present in the house, a possible health and safety hazard for individuals, couples, or young families looking for a safe place to live. I am at presently looking to have an EHO investigate the property. Interestingly I have kept an eye on the listing, and now in April, the property is still on tue market and has been reduced 4 times from the original asking price of £1400 PCM to £1150 PCM. I only give Brockenhurst a 2nd star because they had a shred of common decency to return my deposit in full, as I did all I could to upkeep the property and even try to make it better.
