GoogleI've had an extremely disappointing experience with Brokenhurst estate agents.They recently demanded payment for a service, yet at no point did they issue an invoice, contract, or any clear breakdown of charges beforehand. Despite repeated requests for clarification and formal documentation, none was provided.
This approach is completely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about transparency and proper business practices. No one should be expected to hand over money without clear, documented communication about what is being charged and why.
I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this agency. Always insist on everything in writing and don’t assume that just because they’re in a position of authority, their processes are sound. My trust in this company has been completely eroded.
