Yelltotally disappointing.
Zero stars to be exact Not very professional and not good at remembering simple instructions. Told that the contract couldn't be changed, even though they got it wrong. Spent an entire hour in my house spinning me a line, then disappears for a week and makes zero contact with us - when we call the Basingstoke office we get interrogated by rude staff. What exactly do you want for your £4500 ?? Go elsewhere is my honest opinion as Brockenhurst has been the same as many other estate agents, totally disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback, though I feel it’s important to clarify the events. I met with Carl just six days ago, on Thursday, where we agreed to launch the property with a viewing day for the foll owing Saturday. That same evening, Carl confirmed the plan, and I followed up on Friday to advise that my colleague Sarah would assist while I was away. I also followed up on Saturday to confirm everything was moving ahead.
To say I “vanished for a week” is inaccurate, as I maintained contact throughout. While the marketing price was incorrect, Sarah reassured Carl it could be corrected, and he signed the agreement. Carl also spoke with Julie, who simply asked for his name to assist, describing this as “interrogation” is unfair.
We respect Carl’s opinion, but given this is his fourth estate agent and we had only just started, it’s unfortunate we weren’t given the chance to demonstrate our full service.

He was very genuine in his opinions and had a very detailed knowledge on the local market which certainly gave us confidence. GoogleWe moved in June 2024 with the help of James from Ewe Move Tadley and I simply cannot emphasise enough how brilliant he was throughout our whole experience.
We had various estate agents come to value our house and out of all of them, James spent the most time with us and helped explain the whole process. We didn’t feel like just a number or a commission, but real people about to enter the world of moving. James spent 2 hours with us discussing what was going on in the housing market, the sales they’ve made recently and even explaining how the house buying process works. The valuation was fare and competitive too.
The photos taken of the house are of such high quality which is so important when selling your house. We also had a 3D tour of the house available as well. Overall 10/10 for marketing.
It did take a while to receive an offer however I put this down to putting our house on the market in November 2023. By mid January we had an offer.
Then the wait whilst the solicitors did their thing. James was available pretty much whenever we needed him. Which was a lot because I’m a worrier and moving house is so stressful. James made it so much easier and was able to calm our frustrations. Some aspects of our sale were hard to swallow. And costly. But James was able to help our perspective shift from “why the fudge did we even bother?” To “yep. We’re doing it! This is ok. We will be ok!”
5 months later and our moving date finally arrived. James helped us throughout the whole journey and we couldn’t be more thankful. We have our dream home and that wouldn’t have been possible without Ewe Move.
