FacebookBourne! Please stop pestering people already signed up with other agents, especially old folk! My parents have just been automatically signed up with Bourne despite being told a number of times when doorstepped at their home they didn't want to sign with them, causing them distress.

Googlel was with another Agent for three months and had three viewings in that time. I changed to Bournes and sold my property within a week. They were professional throughout the process and allocated a Client Manager who managed to the whole journey . I would have no hesitation in recommending Bournes

GoogleAfter trying so many agents with very poor service even the largest in the area proved to live up to the stereotyped estate agents image, we gave these guys a shot. They proved to ge worth it, we had basically all but gave up with poor service elsewhere however Bournes completely turned things around and achieved what the cowboys could not, good qualified viewings and ultimately our buyer. Bella was present at all viewings and Rob looked after the follow up, cannot speak highly enough of both of them. Highly recommended!!!!!

GoogleI used Bourne Estate Agemts this summer as myself and my family were hoping to move to Farnham. We did our viewings with Alex Bulpitt. We found Bourne Estate Agents and Alex brilliant to work with they understood what we needed, didn’t send us to unsuitable houses although we did struggle to find what we wanted in our budget. But at the last minute when we had almost given up Alex called with a fabulous property which was absolutely perfect for us and we quickly secured it and we are so happy with it. Alex totally understood what we wanted and needed in a house and it felt like he found it for us and we are immensely grateful. Bourne then took us through the sale process and Haley at the Bourne office them came into her own guiding us though the legal terrain and getting the sale through smoothly. We can’t thabk them enough we now have a perfect family home. Thank you so much all at Bourne.

GoogleWe dealt with Bourne estate agents from Sep -Dec 2017, while buying a house in the Farnham area. They were ok, but not any better than any other estate agent. We had to really drive the whole process, we felt they were a bit slow, not that efficient with their admin and we seemed to be dealing with about 3 different agents which was confusing. On the positive they were enthusiastic and helpful over the phone, perhaps they just need to improve their process.
