I worked closely with 2 particular agents who embodied the hardworking and professional nature that is the life blood of any successful outfit. My distinctly unique situation did not knock them off their stride one bit. The agents were charming and confidently efficient. It took less than a full working day to get my house on the market and my first viewing and less than a week for an offer to be made. Remarkable work. GoogleI called to book a viewing on Tuesday for Saturday. No one called me back and today I called again and they are telling me that my house has to be under offer. Totally waste of time and unprofessional.

I am sorry that you felt our service is a waste of time and unprofessional but under current circumstances, we are protecting our sellers and our staff in operating on a basis of viewings can only take place once a buyer is in a position to proceed. When we spoke on the phone I did explain this and said we would happily show you around once you received an offer on your own property. GoogleBooked a viewing for a rental property which was a 2 hour drive(there and back). Upon arrival, keys not present and forced into another property we had not asked to see, which was coincidentally more money. No apology or effort to get the keys for desired property. I am sorry to hear of your experience of viewing via us, I have spoken with my colleague and understand it was human error in bringing the wrong key along to the viewing for which we apologise. This is not the norm and the offer of viewing a slightly bigger property was not forced but more to provide you with an alternative at a slightly higher price which might have suited better.
