Rebecca was fantastic too - so friendly, helpful and professional. It really is a lovely team at the Farnham office and I’d definitely use them again.

GoogleFurther to my previous review, I can now at least thank Bourne for taking over as managers of the property we started renting 6 months ago. Issues have been and are being addressed gradually. They are communicative and helpful (even if I can hear their audible dread when I get in touch!). I just wish they had managed the property from the beginning as it would have been a much more enjoyable start to the tenancy. I feel I can happily increase my review from 1 to 3 stars. My experience of Bourne as a new tenant was not good. They were very presuasive when it came to viewing the property, selling it to us and achieving the let. They made lots of promises that the landlord would do things we asked for before we moved in. After this point, these promises sadly did not materialise - to the point where I was not sure the agents were talking about the same property. They blamed miscommunication, but I felt ignored a lot of the time. We had to do all the chasing and make all the calls to get things moving. Once we had signed all the documents electronically, we were left to our own devices. What we had been told by the agent, we were told very differently by the landlord. Of course none of the things that Bourne had said would be done before we moved in were actually done. It was a stressful and unhappy move.

GoogleCurrently selling our house through Bourne and have been really impressed with their service. They organised the veiwings in groups which was much less stressful than having them scattered through the week. Adrian is really quick to reply to emails and gives regular updates and feedback from the veiwings. I felt that he was honest and gave good advice during negotiations. When we got an offer we received a pdf buyers guide that breaks down week by week what we should expect to be happening so we can follow the progress. The best service compared with other companies that I have delt with.

GoogleAfter a bumpy road, with many twists and turns in relation to our own sale, we finally got to exchange contracts on a property marketed by Bourne. However this simply could not have happened without Rob's dedication and help. He is personable, helpful and a really nice person to speak to (he even helped me when I cried down the phone to him during a stressful point of the transaction!). The whole team are very professional too and always responded promptly when I had any questions. Rob Skuse will, however, always stand out in my mind as the nicest estate agent I have ever come across. FacebookGreat pro-active service provided by Bryn and Gemma to push the sale process along. Without their enthusiastic involvement, we would probably still be waiting to sell after months of delays caused mainly by the solicitors.

GoogleI'd get them 0 stars. I asked for them to list my property. On both viewings the lights were left on overnight until the next evening when I went back to the property. The cat flap was broken although they claim it was not them eventhough they were the only other people with keys to my property. The worst thing is they let random people view your property if they happen to walk past and are interested. Without checking their situation or if they're really interested in the first place. Obviously this compromises the security of the house as the house is empty. However they saw no issue with this at all. I find this really bizarre. At least other agents ask people to register first so they can be sure they're serious before showing them your property. Such an unprofessional company and they have no respect for your property. All they're interested in is lining their pockets. The agent was very clear in saying they let anyone view the property and register them afterwards if they're interested. A backwards way to do. When I confronted them, the agent couldn't be straight forward and couldn't actually tell me the truth. I kept catching his lies and he kept changing his story. I guess they're just sales people after all! Not sure how many reviews are genuine as many have only done 1 review and that's a sure way to spot fake reviews. I wouldnt recommend them and wouldnt work with them even if they were the last agent available. Awful, unprofessional and disrespectful.

GoogleHaving just completed on a Probate sale last week, I can't thank your team enough for the support throughout a difficult time.. From Anita to start, who gave time to consider our options, to. Matt who followed through and kept both my sister and myself fully informed as to progress, even when solicitors were not keeping us informed, and finally to Stephen who stepped in when Matt was on leave in the last week of the transaction. To be phoned by Stephen on first thing Monday morning after he had already contacted solicitors to check all was on track, was impressive. I was impressed with Matt's perseverance, having moved myself a number of times previously, I don't think any other agents worked so hard to keep the sale on track. A huge thank you to all involved. GoogleWe had put in an offer for a house in September 2020 and have only just recently moved into our new home. It's been a long wait with issues from other areas of our purchase, however ME were always consistent and helpful with response to my questions and also in chasing any information we needed from the seller’s and their solicitors. When first shown around the property Courtney was lovely and accommodating and followed on from that with very professional and casual emails which made me feel more at ease about the process especially as we were first time buyers. Matt picked up communication with us after Christmas as everywhere went into lockdown and would go out of his way to make sure we had want we needed and would communicate regularly with us throughout the last of the process to keep us updated. When moving in we had some issues with habitability of the house, Matt was on it and chased this straight away with the seller’s and their solicitor which is now in process of being resolved. All in all ME have been the only real constant in our first time buying process and we have been grateful for this. May even consider selling through them too. Thank you! Oh and what a lovely surprise to get a moving in hamper with local goodies and leaflets, very useful!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
