GoogleHaving just spent the last several months dealing with the Team at Bourne in Woking I can highly recommend using them. Being an agent myself its easy to criticise and pick holes elsewhere. Hand on heart I had an exemplary service, compared to recent dealings with a couple of other local agents, some who are well known to the Woking area, Bourne are by far head and shoulders above their peers! The communication above all else is first class, the transparency on information and chain management was fantastic, and our transaction could have easily collapsed on more than one occasion if it wasn't for the proactive, experienced and knowledgeable team at hand. Many thanks to Andy, Zack, Oliver, Ross and the rest of the office. Keep up the quality service... its a breath of fresh air.

GoogleIt has been over a month since our tenancy ended, and we still haven’t heard back from them regarding our deposit. They consistently side with the landlord, even when their client is clearly at fault. I wouldn’t recommend them unless absolutely necessary. Also, be very cautious during check-in, if you don’t thoroughly document the condition of the property, you risk being charged at check-out for damages you didn’t cause, possibly left by a previous tenant.

GoogleThese guys price down drastically if your house doesn't sell. Entry level 3 bedroom house prices in Farnham have remained at around the 300k mark for years now because of estate agents like them. (Whilst going up steadily everywhere else in the country) Given the areas desirability and proximity to London they should buy now be starting at around 400k 300k is midland/northern pricing
