GoogleBourne offered a great service, lead by Kathryne. We had a property that was difficult to market due to the current tenancy but the team did a great job and managed to rent the property after the first viewings. Would highly recommend them for their professionalism and total understanding of the market

GoogleEasily the best experience I can recall dealing with estate agents. Bourne were very friendly and professional thoughout, and during some hiccups they remained completly transparent and communicative to get things sorted efficiently. Super lovely staff.

GoogleI would like to highly recommend the whole team at Bourne Woking Branch, They have all gone above and beyond helping me with the sale of a relatives home. I honestly couldn't of asked for a better team to help me and always had their reassurance and guidance at the end of the phone or email. I always knew there would be hiccups due to the house but while I was stressing the team stayed cool and calm and found ways to help me. From the first visit for valuation I knew I would be in safe hands. Thank you for not only looking after the house sale but also for looking after me throughout the whole process.

GoogleI’ve had a really disappointing experience with this agency. Despite repeatedly requesting that my data be deleted, I’ve continued to receive unsolicited marketing emails for months. This is unacceptable and shows a clear disregard for GDPR and my personal boundaries. I initially had my property listed with them, but it was repeatedly removed from Rightmove without any notice. When I chased this up, I was told it was because I’d had to cancel some appointments. The reasons for these cancellations were serious, hospital stays/trips/illnesses for both myself and my daughter. The agency was fully aware from the outset that we both have autoimmune conditions, and I kept them informed. If they decided not to continue marketing the property because of this, that’s their right, but the lack of communication and understanding was incredibly disappointing. In contrast, I’m now having a wonderful and personal experience with a different agent, Charles Henry, who has been far more professional, understanding, and respectful. The difference in care and communication has been night and day. I wouldn’t recommend this original agency based on my experience, but I’m glad to have found someone better.

GoogleI contacted 3 estate agents as I needed to sell a house, following the death of a friend. One has never replied, the second called several days later but showed no more interest for 3 weeks. Whereas Andy at Bourne called straight back and came to see the house within 24 hours. Good start ! A difficult time following a bereavement but he simply 'got it right'. He was well-presented and knew exactly what he was talking about, always highly professional but mixed with a level of appropriate friendliness. No surprise then that I chose him to deal with the sale. He then got on with it - and gave me regular feedback about progress. Selling houses is not something I do, so his guidance was vital and we soon built a good agent / vendor relationship. Everything was handled smoothly, staff I spoke to on the phone were all well informed and helpful, progress was excellent and he soon sold the property for me without the need to reduce anything - because he set the price perfectly. He knows what he's talking about. The company, and Andy in particular, saw me through a difficult time by making it much easier - I really cannot fault them and would never go anywhere else. Extremely highly recommended - they are in a class of their own. Thank you.

GoogleDon’t move to Edward Road as if you can put up with every night being up until 1am as in the flats this it his flat two weeks ago they had a party until 5 am if they keep it up I will start complaining every night I’ve got to put up with them, if not it’s 7am I can’t believe no one has said anything, I own my house but if it keeps happening I will start complaining to the council
