Hi Donna, Having read your recent review I am naturally concerned and disappointed with the comments made within. Following a detailed appraisal of your file, and your subsequent contact with our Witham branch, it would appear file notes outline a different view to your own in terms of how events unfolded throughout this transaction. The property came back on the market recently as you are aware and you were given the opportunity to view. Your circumstances were presented to the seller who seriously considered your subsequent offer, but unfortunately, another potential buyer viewed who was in a stronger buying position than you. Time is of the essence with any potential purchase, particularly as in this case, when a property proves to be popular. Whilst it is in our interest to put forward any offers to a seller, it is ultimately the seller’s choice when deciding which purchaser to go with. Their decision will usually be based on amount offered and the purchaser’s buying position. Unfortunately in this case, the seller decided to go with the other party. I am sorry you were unable to achieve the outcome you desired and can reassure you the office will keep you fully informed of other suitable property as it becomes available.
