About Beresfords Group Colchester

Beresfords have been estate agents in Essex since 1968 and our Colchester office is one of the leading estate agency practices in the town thanks to our leading edge marketing and a highly experienced and locally resident team. Our spacious office is in the heart of the busy retail centre area just south of the High Street and close to the train station. Its prominent corner position means it is ideally placed to take advantage of the very high level of passing foot traffic.

Beth Lawrence - Excellent!

I have been dealing with Beth Lawrence and she has been working hard to help me find a property to buy. Although I didn't find through Beresfords, I must say they are by far the best agent I have EVER dealt with! (and I work for one of the rival agents). She called as soon as any property came onto the market, made sure she kept me updated throughout. Was helpful and friendly when I came into the branch and even sent me a nice email when she found out I had found. Couldn't praise her more. She is a great asset the company. Thank you! :) Natasha
