TrustpilotBalgores Romford were exceptional
Balgores Romford were exceptional. Charlie and his team supported me throughout the whole process of selling my house from start to finish. Always professional and prepared to go that extra mile. In fact Charlie the branch manager was even negotiating my sale whilst he was on Holiday I cant thank them enough and can strongly recommend

Balgores Property Upminster Branch were excellent from start to finish. We were very impressed with how polite, caring and professional Christopher was from the initial valuation, marketing and thereafter. Abbie, Chloe and Ricky kept us well informed about viewings and feedback. Abbie and Chloe also did the viewings. Once the sale was agreed Ellie sent the appropriate paperwork via email and Donna was our Sales Progressor. The whole team worked hard to secure a sale and for this we are extremely grateful. I would recommend Balgores to anyone who wants to sell their property in the Upminster area.

GoogleI dealt with Nikola Tokarska and she was wonderful! Unfortunately we had to change our plans after she had dutifully completed all the processes and she was swift in responding and understanding our situation. Thanks very much for your services and hope to rent/buy with you in the future!

TrustpilotStarr West and her fantastic team
Starr West is a proven property professional. I received a friendly and professional service from the moment Starr answered my initial call. She was so pleasant to speak with and showed commitment and care towards me. I felt I was being treated in very high regard. I also had the pleasure of working with her team Ben and Daniel who are two exceptional agents and like Starr, clearly enjoy doing the best they can for their clients. I felt a genuine happy team vibe which made working with them a joy. I had the best possible experience, and I am so glad I chose to call Balgores Property, Chelmsford. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleBalgores is such an incredible company to deal with and it’s largely down to Mr Chris Ping. A one call solution guy. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He gets everything sorted out with the minimal amount of fuss. From a landlord perspective he’s perfect for everything and my tenants are always happy to deal with him. And a very nice guy too.

GoogleI have been in the property business for 30 years and dealt with Chris Ping for 20 of them. He’s my go to guy for almost everything and never lets me down. On the very rare occasion that it’s something he can’t do himself he’ll always go out if his way to find someone who can help me. The industry needs more Chris Pings!

GoogleI would like to say a special thanks to Mark in helping me find my dream home for me and my family. Mark is very efficient and replies back to emails straight away with any concerns that I had. It was a pleasure meeting him. Without Mark support and guidance it would have been impossible. He really is a hardworking individual. Thank you Mark!

TrustpilotSale by auction
I was very impressed with Charlie and his team. I had no experience of selling a property by auction but Charlie’s experience gave me confidence. He ensured I was kept up to date at each stage and I am so pleased I took his advice. Thanks to Charlie and his team’s hard work, the house sold for a much higher price than I expected and the process was quick and painless. Contracts were exchanged at the end of the auction and completion will be in 28 days. There is no chance of the buyer trying to re-negotiate on the price or trying to delay the sale. I would definitely use Balgores again and would recommend them as they were both efficient and professional.

TrustpilotHIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Highly recommended! Undoubtedly the best service i’ve received, having spoken to multiple companies in terms of my lend and where i was at. The enthusiasm and personal touch delivered by their mortgage team and more specifically Cemalie (Gemma) goes unmatched. She really supported me throughout the process, even after delivering their service made a conscious effort to keep track of my progress and offer advice. These are people that love what they do and its not just another paycheque.

TrustpilotAvoid them !!
They never answer to the phone and only requires you to complete a form. I personally think this is wrong because not all the necessary Information are available . As for example I have to enquire about the pets if accepted by the property and I have to complete a form . Plus never heard back so I stop completing them and avoingin any advert posted by them as they are useless!

TrustpilotBest thing we did for our move!
I honestly cannot recommend Peter and Claire and Balgores enough! Nothing was too much trouble, no question was too silly to ask and they were there for us 24/7 throughout our moving process. The best thing we did for our move was having them on our team and I would 1000% advise anyone else to us their help. Thank you both so so much. We will always be grateful!

GoogleI had a very good experience with Balgores so far. In particular with the agent that helped me, Nikola Tokarska. Nicola showed us a couple of flats and we found right away one that we loved. During the application period she's also been very responsive and always ready to help. So far my experience with both Balgores and Nikola has been great. Thanks!

GoogleWould highly recommend Balgores in Chelmsford. We were previously privately renting and our landlord gave us notice which was incredibly stressful and upsetting given the current climate and uncertainty. We viewed various properties to no avail and was filled with uncertainty. I cannot thank Daniel Lawrence at Balgores Chelmsford enough for all of his amazing help, he was so empathetic to our situation and worked tirelessly to find us the perfect property. Daniel acted with our best interests at heart the whole process and worked over his contracted hours some days to get the results pulled in that were needed. We are very settled and enjoying life back in our old home town now, all thanks to the work and support of Daniel who we couldn't have done it without.

GoogleAs the first time moving to a properly on my own, I was a bit concerned about the process and service. However, Balgores made it super easy and assisted me all the way to ensure a sinless transaction. Balgores has amazing service and with managers like Mark leading from the front, there is nothing else to add than a massive thank you.
