GoogleI ask for a quick service, without the sale pitch and Jason definitely delivered on my brief. His communication was clear, prompt and courteous. Also dealt with Frank on the house viewings, who did a good job. We sold and completed in less than 8 weeks. Very happy with the service.

GoogleAllison takes the stress out of possession orders and manages the process from start to finish, which was exactly what we were looking for! After waiting nearly 18 months to evict a tenant and dealing with the court system during Covid, we were nowhere near eviction. We handed everything over to Allison who took over and a year later, a great result! Wouldn't hesitate to use AN Expert Consultancy again and highly recommended! 😀

GoogleIf you're looking for a knowledgable, responsive professional to assist you with tenant issues, Allison Nevins is that individuals. After wasting about 7 months chasing down potential solicitors and "tenant law experts" and getting nebulous information, we got a straight, no nonsense, and comprehensive explanation of the various eviction options, and her professional recommendations as how to best proceed. Could not recommend her more highly.

GoogleI have worked with 3 debt agencies now recovering debt owed by non-paying tenants and Debbie at AN Expert Consultancy was by far the best. Her communication was excellent, her knowledge and advice was also excellent and she got us the result when we thought all was lost. We were owed over £2,000 and Debbie managed to track the tenant down, agree a payment plan and avoid court.

GoogleWe had reached out for help in getting our property back and the first call was brilliant but after that they just don't bother and after expressing the trauma we have had with the agent smart move in reading and how they never got back this is the last thing you need After seeing other comment of Facebook and reviews of recent it seems we are not the only ones

This is from a perspective of someone who worked at Balgores and saw how clients and buyers were treated as as staff.i left Balgores this month due to being sworn at a lot in the office as well as shouted at I was spoken to in a certain way and I had enough of this I noticed that the men in the office wouldn’t help the lady vendors or buyers as much and did they didn’t get mortgage/ solicitors out of them then they wouldn’t get the property! Unfortunately this is just how it is I handed my resignation in and moved company’s they said not to work my notice period as I’m a “competitor” now with the new company and said I would be paid the same as they have already threatened me with no pay for a week even though I did work that last week. It’s a awful company over all such a shame as Essex office is lovely Gravesend however not so much

GoogleI can't recommend Neil & Ewa highly enough. They are a great team. Both really enjoy what they do & are very good at every aspect of the job. I had spoken to quite a few estate agents but as soon as I spoke to Neil I knew I had found the right one. He is caring & considerate but not in any way pushy. I felt completely supported all the way through. He was always easy to get hold of & happy to guide or give advice when asked for. Also Neil's secret weapon is he is a fantastic negotiator & still keeps integrity.

GoogleRecently conned and rail roaded my elderly nan and uncle into signing a contract to sell with them despite only wanting a valuation on the property. They preyed on their vulnerability being old and first time sellers making them sign a 3% fee (£12,000) and pay £400 for “marketing costs” ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. SHAME ON YOU.
