Excellent service throughout. We dealt with Michael who always made sure we were kept up to date with all feedback and what was happening. Once sold the service was equally good and we relied on Michael rather than our solicitor for updates.We would highly recommend Balgores at Brentwood

We recently sold our house through Balgores Hayes in Brentwood. From initial contact and beyond, we were very pleased that they kept us well-informed of interest in the property, gave us sensible advice on the sale process and, most importantly, once a buyer was found, kept us up to date throughout. It's often difficult to find a good agent but we would highly recommend.

Google17 years ago we bought our house from John and this month we sold our home with John & his family team. We were very happy with the communication right from the start. We received emails confirming viewings and follow up calls with feedback from Amanda. Lara did a great job on the visuals to make sure we got our property marketed to its potential, including coming back to retake some shots when the weather was better. The pricing was spot on (unlike another Estate Agent who recommended we put the house on the market significantly lower and who made a point that they sold properties quickly .. well of course they would !). We were also very happy with the way John kept us up to date on the whole exchange & completion part of the process, he was in touch with the buyers and our solicitors regularly. THANK YOU!

Buying a property during the pandemic has been a long, challenging and frustrating process. I firstly want to thank Josh Finch who initially showed myself and my wife around to a few properties even drove us to a couple of viewings as we were travelling by foot, this was really appreciated. I wanted to say a big thank you to Lucy and Mackensie to get the mortgage application approved and keeping me informed at all stages.Last but not least me and my wife want to say a big thank you to Sarah Oakley who progressed our property purchase with efficiency, great customer service and always kept me informed of any and all changes (which was quite a few!) Her professionalism and commitment to her job is highly commendable.I highly recommend the services of the Balgores property team.
