GoogleAll the staff are very welcoming and friendly. We've been very happy with the support given whilst moving into the property. However once in the property, the support has been less impressive. Usually quite prompt at fixing issues, but theres a few things that are fully ignored. I've had a leak under my sink for almost 2 months, had a plumber sent out for something else and was told not to fix this leak. I've left voicemails, emails and texts, all of which have been ignored for multiple weeks

GoogleThis was my first time renting from Austin and Wyatt. Jade West (senior lettings negotiator) handled our renting process, she was so helpful and kind. She even contacted me personally about a rent offer which turned out to be such an amazing flat, better than I could've hoped for in such a short time which I'm extremely grateful for. She takes time to get to know your needs and what you look for in a house/flat so my experience with her and all the team in London Rd was very positive and I will definitely look for buying from the in the future!

GoogleWe recently moved into a rental property in Bournemouth which was handled by Austin Wyatt, Bournemouth. The service provided by Anna, Tia and the rest of the team has been first class and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property in Bournemouth or the surrounding area.

GoogleRebecca Payne was very helpful and energetic during our sale of a house in Lyndhurst. They did overvalue the house when we were looking for a estate agent and then almost immediately told us that the market had changed and we should drop the price which I suspect is routine (irritating) behaviour. Also they heartily recommended their own lawyers, Howell's for conveyancing (who were difficult to contact and could not make international phone calls ?!?! - we live in Canada). It was only after starting the conveyancing paperwork that it became apparent the Austin Wyatt receive several hundred pounds for the referral. Would use them again as Rebecca was great, but would find my own lawyers for conveyancing.

For reasons out of his control, had a little bumpy ride after finding our dream property, but I can not thank him enough for his patients and hard-work to make it all come together. Kyle was very knowledgeable about the area and came prepared with comparable sales of similar properties in the local area Kyle always responded promptly to any queries and went over and above what I could have expected from him. Kyle took on the task of chasing through the sale with the least of fuss, keeping us informed at all stages and liaising with all parties. Although it was probably one of your simplest sales duer to my A&Y tenant being the buyer, it was my first sale so your assistance with both parties' legal people was invaluable. The tricky management of the final month's rent and so many maintenance items by the Lettings team over 15 years has been exemplary. I particularly commend Christopher P for his diplomatic liaison with tenants and in handling issues. Having both services with A&Y greatly eased and materially assisted the sale transition process. GoogleI really would not recommend putting your house on sale with these guys. I'm on the buyer side and this is my experience. I'm interested in a place, which has been in the market for a while. First I asked some details on the rental, 1 call + 1 chaser, the rental department never called me back. Then I decided to book a visit regardless, this was a waste of time as the agent booked his holidays on the day without informing me. Although reluctant I asked for another visit and some papers, guess what, I never got any answer. So good luck if you're marketing your house with them.
