Great communication, they always kept me updated and went above an beyond to ensure that everything was dealt with quickly an efficiently. I would highly recommend Ashtons! FacebookWe sold our old home and also bought our new one through Ashton’s in Newton. Amy, Beth-Ann and Simon were incredible throughout and supported us through every step of the process from valuation and sale, through to purchase and completion. The team kept us consistently up to date (not something you get with every estate agent!), and worked through any challenges with us to ensure a timely resolution and successful move. Would definitely recommend to anyone moving locally and would use again. Fantastic and professional team - thank you!

GoogleJust finished the moving process to Welwyn Garden City (for my mother) and cannot fault the service received by Ashtons and particularly Sam Ward who was excellent. I think our move was relatively straightforward but any slight issues we had were dealt with promptly and professionally. I highly recommend Ashtons.

The service was great and Verity did extremely well in chasing our own solicitors to getting the deal over the line in the quickest time possible. GoogleThey only listen when there is a contract to sign. The follow up service will ALWAYS fall in deaf hears. They become ghosts. Nice property but the service is INEXISTENT. Don't hold your breath.

GoogleHouse buying is often stressful anyway, but Ashtons made it much much worse. We were constantly misled and had unreasonable levels of pressure put on us (eg .being routinely told we were holding up the chain when it was their client, not us.). I've previously bought a house where the sellers didn't move out on completion. I would rather repeat that than ever deal with Ashtons again.
