GoogleAshton's are a very warm friendly and helpful team, nothing is to much trouble. Emily Morgan is particularly good, with a great knowledge of the area and immediately puts you at easy. The whole team works very well together.

GoogleI have recently exchanged in a property, purchased through Ashtons Estate Agents, the staff have been amazing from start to finish, when contacting them originally, I first spoke to Stephen who was very helpful in arranging a viewing on a couple of properties I was interested in, on the viewings, I was accompanied by a lovely member of staff who was there to answer any questions that I had but also gave me the freedom to have a good look around the house without being on top of me, I also was not put under any pressure by the Agents like I had been with others. From the moment I put in my offer both Stephen and Andy have kept me up to date with everything that has been going on and chased the relevant people for me when necessary. I would highly recommend Ashton’s and if I look to buy or sell in the future they will be the first Estate Agents I call.

GoogleWe bought a house through Ashton’s which was delayed for several months for various reasons. Emily at the Redbourn office was really helpful, diligent and communicated effectively with us throughout. She was patient with our never ending phone calls and stepped in to assist at various points through the process when she really shouldn’t have had to. Thanks to Emily for her hard work and helping us secure our family home for the long term future.

Having had a less than satisfactory experience with another agent Emily made sure that the lines of communication were also open and responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner. She and her team were always cheerful and enthishave and made what can be a very stressful experience less so. Highly recommended.

The cooperation agreement with Taylor Walton solicitors worked very efficiently indeed. GoogleWe cannot be happier with Ashton's Team at Redbourn. From Emily's first visit to value, her solid advice & guidance gave us multiple viewings and offers. The photographs were excellent showing our home at its finest. It was delightful to receive compliments from the viewings, we have loved this home but knew the time had come to make life easier. All the staff were so respectful of us & our home. Being handed over to the completion team was initially of concern as we had got to know the Redbourn team so well. However, Grace has been a treasure, when things seemed hard her professionalism & exchange of humour, just the ticket. We thank Ashton's for taking ALL the drama of moving away for us.

GoogleAs tenants who work on variable pay, passing referencing in order to rent is super difficult but through Ashton’s and especially with Colin’s help, finding ways to improve our referencing application and show how committed we can be as tenants was an absolute life saver! We had been searching for a property for 3 months and with 2 weeks left to move out of my current property, we were starting to lose hope! Colin made the process so easy and communication was so fast which was super reassuring! Thank you!!
