I've really appreciated the service at Ashton's, they are calm, structured and friendly and were able to sell our house incredibly quickly to flexible buyers that gave us time to find a new home. We originally had our house for sale with Frosts and found their process super chaotic, full of errors and really stressful. After moving over to Ashton's, I felt we had really made the right choice despite the upheaval of having to change agent. A big bonus of Ashton's is that you deal with specific people, so Alix dealt with our valuation and Rob B with our sale. Both of them also shared notes, so i would never have to repeat myself (a big change Vs Frosts!) Big thanks to both for all your hard work. Selling a home is a big deal, so going with the agent that has the right TIME and EXPERIENCE to focus on your property is really important and something I originally underestimated when choosing an agent.

From start to finish I found Ashtons in Stockton Heath to be professional, efficient and courteous. The purchase of the property was far from straightforward, through no fault of Ashtons, but Luca in particular, and his colleagues were on the ball every step of the way. It's always a good sign when someone says they'll call you back and they do! Luca displayed an excellent grasp of the legalities required when purchasing a property and went well above and beyond his primary responsibilities. He handled all of our queries with courtesy, urgency and with a genuine "human touch" attached to our dealings. I cannot speak highly enough of Luca and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the services that Ashtons provide.

It’s very easy these days for people to take the time to leave a negative review, but I sometimes feel that the good experiences don’t get mentioned often enough. My wife and I have used Ashtons as our letting agent for a number of years, and one of the things I particularly value is their consistency. The team have been there for a long time, which says a great deal about the company, and there seems to be very little staff turnover. Nicola and Kirsty have always looked after and managed our property to an exceptional standard. They have consistently found us good, reliable tenants and have always been professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Ashtons to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting agent. They have looked after us extremely well over the years, and we are very grateful for it.

We had Luca as our estate agent who always kept on top of emails and made sure to checkin with a call as much as possible. Ashtons are a professional Estate Agent who always deliver a quality service. I have sold through Ashtons twice and would not wish to use any other St Albans estate agent. The valuation was undertaken by Alix Lucas, she was friendly, professional, well prepared and gave relevant comparisons to ensure the valuation was realistic. Alix is backed up by a team who are equally professional and are always up to date on my sale and onward purchase. Viewings are undertaken by well presented individuals who are knowledgeable about both the house and local facilities. Jayne Willis is very experienced in this field, always arriving early to turn on lights to ensure viewing go well.
