FacebookWe have recently bought our first home with Ashton's (Ashton branch) and Hannah and cheryl (mortgage advisor) were absolutely fabulous. Both were very helpful and nothing we asked was to much trouble. Would highly recommend made the process as easy as the possibly could!

FacebookWe recently bought our new house with Ashtons in Newton and have to say both Stacey and Simon were fantastic throughout the sale from start to finish. They were not only professional but ever so informative and friendly. Stacey kept us informed and nothing was ever to much trouble, in fact it was always a pleasure to speak to her. Thanks again and we are now very happy home owners on Winwick Park :-)

FacebookFrom start to finish Ashton's did an excellent job. Only dealt with Simon and Stacey who were both fantastic. Very professional and highly recommended. I had my doubts initially from previous dealings with another branch a number of years ago but totally changed my opinion. Newton is a great office

FacebookWe recently bought and sold with Ashtons in Newton le Willows and also used their mortgage advisor Joanne Hickey. We can't fault the service. From day one when we arranged the viewing in what is now our new home through ringing Stacey in bits when our first buyer fell through. Our house went on the market the week before Christmas and we moved into our new home on 24th feb. Buying and selling in 2 months!! Both simon and Stacey were brilliant. But special mention to Stacey who really did go above and beyond when things got tricky. Joanne arranged the mortgage with no hiccups too. We're never moving again coz moving day was too hectic but if we ever do Ashtons would be my first contact. Highly recommended ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ

FacebookExcellent service and competitive charges. We recently sold our house in Chapelford through Ashton's, Penketh branch - within a week of it being on the market. Mike & Nick provided a great service and Mike especially went above and beyond to resolve an issue regarding some paperwork a solicitor further down the chain had suddenly decided at the last minute that they needed from our buyers in order to exchange & complete. Our property was vacant, so they handled all viewings but kept us informed of when visits would take place and even went to check on the house after it was reported back to them that our house alarm had been sounding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashton's to anyone who is wanting to sell a house within the Warrington area.

FacebookI recently sold my property through the Newton branch. The service provided by Simon and Stacey was excellent. Any issue was dealt with immediately, they were contactable at all times (phone and email) and provided constant updates. I would also say that Ashton's financial services were very good too. The overall customer service of Ashton's is spot on!

FacebookSold our property through the Newton branch and the guys were fantastic throughout. Like most sales it wasn't the most straightforward and and we hit a few bumps along the way but both Simon and Stacey were great in terms of keeping us updated and communicating any issues we were facing. It all got very rushed at the end (through no fault of Ashtons) but they were great at pulling various aspects together, safe to say it probably wouldn't have gone through in time if they weren't so proactive. Not that we're ever planning on moving ever again but if we did we wouldn't think of using anyone else!

FacebookMy wife and I bought a house last year that was being marketed by Ashton's in Newton Le Willows. Both before during and after the sales process Stacey, Simon and the team at Ashton's were very professional in dealing with any queries that we had. On top of that we requested multiple viewings before we made our minds up and each was one was fitted in for us with the minimum of fuss. Would definitely recommend them and will have no hesitation in placing our house with them should we decide to sell in the future. Joyce & David Fisher, Burtonwood.

FacebookIn the past we have used other well known estate agents and not been very pleased with their performance so we went with Astons what a difference so professional sold the house in no time at all they dealt with all of the viewings of the property and kept us informed at every stage of the sale we where made up with them and would not use any other estate agents if we had to sell a property.
