GoogleAshtons were brilliant in helping us buy our new home, they kept us informed regularly on progress and were really quick to chase up any delays and issues. They were much more proactive than our estate agents (for the property we were selling) and I would definitely use them if we came to sell in the future.

GoogleNick Robinson gallantly came to my aid and gave me the the best advice so that my property in Caddington was sold quickly and efficiently. It was with another agent and therefore of no benefit to him at all. Estate agents often get bad press, but in my case Nick acted in a professional manner and helped me no end. I cannot recommend him high enough

GoogleAngie and Adam are so friendly, professional, honest and extremely efficient at their jobs it made our selling and buying process so much easier. They are competitively priced and the Marketing structure and Brochure specification they provide is excellent - they sold our house in no time! Not only did we receive a fantastic service, but I feel like I've made two new friends. I would recommend to anyone moving home - Ashton's are definately the best Estate Agent in Stockton Heath!

The service I receive was excellent and I would recommend your services to my friends and family, or anyone who wanted to sell their home. I was really impressed with your staff patience with me, as my property took a while to sell, but they never gave up and gave a 100 percent effort in trying to sell my property for me. in particular Hanna was always very polite on the phone, and always helpful and reassuring, a credit to your company. Also Ste who like Hanna was always very professional when I spoke or had any conversation with him. not forgetting Andy who was also had a very pleasant telephone manner. Regards Dave

They are honest, genuine in their approach (not pushy like many other agents we've been to) and knowledgable of the St Albans area. We felt we had agents we could trust from start to finish and will certainly use them in the future should we need to. Particular mention to Louise and Sam. Thank you for all your help. A really professional team who are friendly and answer every question asked. Simon has even gone above and beyond and helped with our new purchase. I think they'll miss me though haha! Wouldn't have gone with any other estate agent, highly recommend their service and rates.

FacebookWe have recently bought our first house through ashtons in Newton Le Willows; and right from the start Stacey was on hand to help us with anything. It took us a few months to find a house we love and at first we was beaten when making the offer. Stacey and Simon both had to deal with my emotional side when I thought I’d lost my first home, they was great! The house took a while to go through due to probate so Stacey had to deal with my constant nagging, moaning and questions for 6 months! Now that we are in our home we can’t thank her enough, from all the visits she made for us, to chasing up emails, answering all our questions and giving us reassurance she was great the whole process!
