FacebookVery professional from Day 1 - I wasn't at all disappointed. I used the Newton le Willows branch and Stacey was fantastic. She was tenacious and thorough - really helped me get over the line with some terrible legal advisors. Highly recommended. �

FacebookI got the privilage to use Ashtons last year to sell my flat and they were nothing but professional and dedicated. The staff were excellent especially Stacey really helped me along the way. I would recommend them to anyone and will definately use them again should i need to move house.

FacebookAshtons in Penketh have been fantastic in selling our house. The team are very efficient! We had a lot of viewings and all were followed up with feedback. Viewings were booked at times convenient to us, or the team took the viewings on our behalf. During the sale all paperwork/particulars were also sent to us. I cannot recommend Ashtons enough. Very professional and helpful. Thank you Mike, Katy & Nick - you have been brilliant throughout the whole process.

FacebookWe have recently used Ashtons Stockton Heath & Padgate, Angela at Stockton Heath sold a property for us and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, professional and friendly. She always kept us upto date and made the whole experience a pleasure. A massive thank you to Leanne at Padgate - what a star you are! Our chain took 5 months from selling our house to completion on the new one (this Friday!) and Leanne has been with us all the way, chasing up literally everyone, going above and beyond in every way. Don't know what we would have done without you. A great professional but friendly service and one we would definitely recommend. Emma & Lloyd Savage

FacebookFantastic support from Leanne. Our chain collapsed once and nearly did again but Leanne was critical in holding it all together. She wasn't even our estate agent either but the people we have now brought from! Would definitely recommend to others!

FacebookReally disappointed but not even remotely surprised. Have had to deal with several departments including the letting side, the selling side and the mortgage adviser. I was a tenant in a house that they were trying to sell. I got constant emails and requests for viewings sometimes with a couple of hours notice. Snotty emails if i didn't respond to them immediately. (I was in hospital on one occasion having treatment for cancer and that was ignored when i explained why i didn't respond immediately) Was told that the owner of the house would give me priority over buying but then he changed his mind and I was left a garbled voicemail 2 minutes before they closed. I had spent 2 and half hours in with a mortgage adviser who assured me that he could definitely get me a mortgage and then proceeded to ignore all of my calls and follow up emails, of which there were at least 4 and then to add insult to injury I have to deal with the lettings side of things who are now saying that they will not refund all of my deposit because of "works needed" No explanation as to what that is. The landlord rented it to me with filthy carpets which i paid to get cleaned, refused to let me decorate but wouldn't decorate it himself and let me live in a house riddled with damp (Surveyors words, not mine) for 5 years. I just pray that my dream home is not being marketed by these as I would seriously consider not buying it just so I wouldn't have to deal with them.

GoogleFantastic smooth experience of moving home. We bought and sold via Ashtons and found every member of the team in the Harpenden office to be extremely helpful and professional. Our move happened very quickly and Ashtons were very efficient at every point. I cannot rate them highly enough and certainly would use them again the future.
