I’ve had a great experience with Ashtons throughout my time as a tenant. The team have always been professional, helpful and responsive and any queries or issues I’ve had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. A particular thank you to Jade Dalton, who has been amazing to deal with. She has been very friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me whenever needed. She has made the experience of renting through Ashtons feel really easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend Ashtons to anyone looking for a professional and reliable estate agent and Jade in particular has been an absolute pleasure to deal with!

Ashtons are a professional Estate Agent who always deliver a quality service. I have sold through Ashtons twice and would not wish to use any other St Albans estate agent. The valuation was undertaken by Alix Lucas, she was friendly, professional, well prepared and gave relevant comparisons to ensure the valuation was realistic. Alix is backed up by a team who are equally professional and are always up to date on my sale and onward purchase. Viewings are undertaken by well presented individuals who are knowledgeable about both the house and local facilities. Jayne Willis is very experienced in this field, always arriving early to turn on lights to ensure viewing go well. Overall, great experience with Ashtons in St Albans and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate / letting agents. A special mention to Brett, who was extremely helpful during our viewings. Brett went above and beyond in providing us all the details of the property including info of the local area / amenities etc. His helpful, professional and personable approach made the whole experience very efficient and gave us clear direction when making our final decision. Ashtons have been extremely professional and diligent in acting on the sale of my property. They are a very well run agency with lots of experience and treat all parties to the transaction with care and respect. In what has been a lengthy conveyance for various reasons, I never once felt like just a number going through the system which I think sets them apart from other agencies.
