GoogleI've really appreciated the service at Ashton's, they are calm, structured and friendly and were able to sell our house incredibly quickly to flexible buyers that gave us time to find a new home.
We originally had our house for sale with Frosts and found their process super chaotic, full of errors and really stressful. After moving over to Ashton's, I felt we had really made the right choice despite the upheaval of having to change agent.
A big bonus of Ashton's is that you deal with specific people, so Alix dealt with our valuation and Rob B with our sale. Both of them also shared notes, so i would never have to repeat myself (a big change Vs Frosts!) Big thanks to both for all your hard work.
Selling a home is a big deal, so going with the agent that has the right TIME and EXPERIENCE to focus on your property is really important and something I originally underestimated when choosing an agent.

GoogleWe have just exchanged on our house sale with Ashton’s and I’ve been really pleased with the service I’ve received. Alex White did the initial consultation and his sensitivity and knowledge about the local market was key in helping us decide who to choose to sell the house.
The process and options were laid out and explained well, the brochures and marketing were excellent. Once we had a buyer ( 3 days!) Willow the sales coordinator then led us step by step through the next few weeks, gently keeping things on track and carefully navigating the many levels of buyers in the chain.
