GoogleWe sold our property with Ashtons this year and we were really impressed with all the team... we met with quite a few estate agents before deciding who to choose and Ashtons were by far the best, Liam was really personable and obviously cares about all the properties on their books We dealt with Liam and Louise and can honestly say, they are a credit to Ashtons, Liam ensured the team had full knowledge of our property before any viewings took place (you’d be surprised how many estate agents don’t do this!!) Louise was extremely thorough in making sure solicitors were moving things along I would recommend them to anyone selling in the area

GoogleWe had the absolute pleasure of working with Ashton’s on the purchase of our new home. We had been looking for a home for over a year and Ashton’s were by far the best to deal with. Our initial contact with Ashton’s involved them having to book some viewings within a short space of time. Steve was very understanding, flexible and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Their responsiveness, professionalism and courteous approach made a stressful process run so much smoother. They are genuinely caring and passionate about what they do which you rarely find with estate agents these days!! I’d like to say a massive thank you to all of the team who were involved - Steve, Liam, Sam and a very special thank you to Louise who managed the after sales process. I would highly recommend Ashton’s to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property in future!

GoogleHaving lived in a property managed by Ashtons for 18 months I must say that Candice Volkmer has been an absolute delight. She's always gone the extra mile and we've always felt like a priority. There were a few issues with the flat (not Ashton's fault), and she was always happy to help out with haste.

GoogleWe have just used Ashtons St Albans for renting our 4 bed house. They have been extremely professional and got us more rent than they quoted us. The photography and videos outclassed their competitors. The lettings team handled all viewings and offers perfectly. I would highly recommend them. Special thanks to Sandy & Phillip

GoogleJamie is professional and responsible. He helps to solve all the problems during the renting process. Jo is nice and helpful in the viewing. The place is exactly the same as the virtual tour. There is also a concierge service helping out all we need during moving. Excellent service and experience.
