GoogleI have interacted with a lot of Estate/Letting Agents in Cardiff and Moginie James have been brilliant. They have been really good at responding quickly to enquiries, really helpful with lots of information and regularly check in to keep me up to date. All the properties are very well managed and they have excellent information and advice about the Residency Scheme and Tenant Liability Insurance. I was shown around by Zac in the Pontcanna office who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and really made an effort to give me as much information about the property as possible.

GoogleAfter giving up on looking for a flat in Cardiff for the last year I had a phone call out the blue asking if I wanted to see a property that has come on the market. I decided to view but had low hopes as everything I had been viewing had been a let down from other places. But after Moginie James suggested this property and after visiting it was perfect for what I was looking for! FacebookI would NEVER recommend anyone to rent or buy off this company. I have been renting since November 2019, every single day is a absolute nightmare. There is so much wrong with my flat and they do nothing to help. My tenancy is only for a year thankgod but I can honestly say it’s been the worst year of my life 👍🏽
Absolutely useless company!!!!!!!.. They will read this and still ignore you!!.. How they can charge what they do.. For the state on the property and never carry out maintenance I don't know.. I'm currently on hold to environmental health for the 2nd time.. Through these.. Anyone reading this... Stay clear for your own sanity 👊

GoogleI recently worked with Moginie James on a property purchase, and overall, the experience was positive. Their team especially Mr.Niel Jones sales manager and Mr.Aron Sullivan assistant manager were quick, responsive and professional throughout the process. From the initial viewing to the offer stage, communication was clear and timely, which made a big difference during what can be a stressful time. They provided the sales memorandum promptly once our offer was accepted, and they coordinated well with our mortgage advisor, helping to keep the transaction on track. While there were the usual delays that can come with property transactions, Moginie James were proactive in following up with all parties involved. I appreciated their local knowledge and support, and I’d consider working with them again in the future. Their professionalism and dedication helped make the buying process smoother and more manageable.
