From the initial house appraisal with Chris and the marketing of the property through the Pontcanna office the team at MJ were superb.Both Clare and Liz did a great job in attracting potential buyers getting lots of viewings until we had obtained a few buyers who were in positions to offer.They worked tirelessly on the sale really working hard for me to get a buyer.This was great especially when Jayne and Michelle in the sales progression team took over in progressing the sale to get things over the line.Hard work at times but they thoroughly did a professional job and made it seemless for me as the seller. Moginie James provided an excellent service when they sold my hose in the Pontcanna area of Cardiff. They provided a very no- nonsense, efficient and effective service. The house was sold very quickly and they updated me regularly as we progressed through the legal process linked to selling the property. Professional service from all departments with excellent communication at all stages

On the sales team - good communication and always came back after any queries raised. Some minor details on the draft particulars needed to be amended a couple of times. Particularly appreciated was the service provided by one person (Liz Allen) in Welsh - it's our family language and it was really helpful..Obviously being able to secure a client so quickly and deal with this client so effectively (by Liz and Clare) was fantastic. On the progression team - some contact with other members, but primary link was with Jayne Bennett who was extremely effective and dealt with all my queries and really held our hand throughout. Only one comment - the asking price suggested originally (though impossible to know 100%) was in our view too high. But all round a really excellent experience - diolch yn fawr iawn.

I had several agents visit me at my apartment to carry out appraisals – as soon as I met Craig, I knew Moginie James were the right agent for me and my property. We discussed a marketing strategy and the best price to market. They quickly arranged photography for the sales particulars which were of the best quality I’ve seen. After a couple of viewings my apartment soon sold. Claire was outstanding – she always called me with constructive feedback, and once an offer was made she guided me through to acceptance and then handed me over to the sales progression team based in their head office. Here I dealt with Jayne who kept me up to speed with the legal updates. Communication was first class – she made things go so smoothly. Claire, Craig and Jayne really went above and beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate using Moginie James again and can’t thank them enough.
