We found using Sarah and Moginie James absolutely amazing for helping us to rent our house out. I could not have asked for better support from the start to the end of the process. We are new to lettings are Sarah guided us through every step of the way and did not hesitate to help with every query we had! Outstanding service with tenancy

Excellent service and Great Communication

There were a number of issues with my property, some of which were complex and required structural repairs in order to put right. Nathan Dodd made a potentially stressful situation much better through his diligence, excellent service and great communication. Since Moginie James set up their dedicated Maintenace Department at 108 Bute Street, I have been very impressed by the consciousness of the staff, especially their attention to detail and the urgency with which they respond to various maintenance issues.
