We recently sold our house, and the sale fell through on the day of exchange. We had already put down a deposit for a rental property with another agent, and therefore had lost that money. When we sold our house again within a couple of months,, we were advised to wait until after exchange to find another property. That made everything rather urgent, since we had to find somewhere and pass all the referencing process in less than two weeks. And we managed to do it! Adrian has been helpful and polite throughout the process. He and his colleague Holly managed to get us in to view a property that was not yet on the market, so that we could be ready with a completed process by the time we need to be out of our current home. Can't say any less than excellent. Well done team Moginie James.

I have yet to rent my property from Moginie James however the help that I have been receiving along the way during the referencing procedure has been fantastic. Adrian was extremely friendly and very prepared, it was our first day of house hunting and were viewing our booked in apartment at the time, Adrian had brought another set of keys for another property in the building that was coming up for rent adn offered to show us around that property as well. This was very thoughtful of Adrian to offer another viewing that we hadn't even booked or knwon about, and ultimately led to us applying to rent the property. Great Agent

I have been dealing with Adrian and Sarah throughout this process. Adrian kindly showed me around the apartment and was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. He also suggested this property to me as it fit the criteria I was looking for but had by passed it as it was slightly out of my initial price brackets. Rhys was extremely helpful

The estate agent Rhys who took over our issue with the washing machine couldn't of helped anymore than he did. Fantastic service by Him and had the problem fixed asap after we have contacted the agency a few times regarding the washing machine as there has been issued since we moved in also and big gap in our patio doors (which has never been resolved which is why I put a 4*) But Rhys was polite, friendly and professional. Fantastic service from start to finish

From start to finish the people at Moginie James were very helpful in helping me find a 3 month let in Cardiff. I visited them at their Cardiff Bay office and Becca and Natalie were incredibly helpful and gave some great advice. In fact they even suggested I look at serviced apartments on a very short term basis to save me money, even though that would have probably lost them business. Rhys from the Pontcanna office then called me a couple of days later to tell me of a property in the city centre which was available for a 3 month let. Since I was commuting from London I was very keen to see the property the same day. Although his schedule didn't allow it, he booked me in for a 15 minute viewing the same day with Becky. This short appointment didn't stop her from sparing us loads of time to show us 3 different options in the building and answering all our questions. I was next in Cardiff two days later and decided to go ahead with oneach of the flats. Sarah in the Pontcanna office handled my business from this point on and was incredibly helpful the whole way. There were a couple of complications that came up but her approach was always to try and find a solution and get the deal done, which was exactly what was needed, since the move in date was only a couple of days ahead. Overall, from my initial meeting at the Bay office where I was just having a feeler of my options to getting me moved in to a new flat in a week's time, the staff at Moginie James understood my needs and helped get the job done. I have no qualms about recommending them wholeheartedly to anyone looking at property in the Cardiff area and they will be my first port of call should I need an Estate agent again in the near future.

I have received excellent service from Sarah on 3 different occasions and I strong believe that she will always help clients. Since 2014, Sarah not only helped me to find houses but also spent extra time in showing Cardiff for the first time when I came from London. Renting in Cardiff bay

I have yet to move into the property that I am renting but I have found Adrian very helpful and Moginie james in general to be very friendly. Friendly & helpful staff who aren't pushy

I would certainly recommend using Moginie James, Rhys and Sarah in the Pontcanna office were a great help, I saw a few properties with them and wth others, but Rhys was always friendly and not pushy which I respected so when i found the right flat i was happy to sign with them. They've ben really efficient and quick with paperwork, and plenty of follow ups to make sure everything is ok which is good.

Replacement of fridgefreezer

Once I had reported the fault using the website , I had a phonecall the next morning from the agent . He arranged for an engineer to visit at no inconvenience to myself as the engineering company were able to collect the key from the agent and visit whilst I was in work . It was decided that due to the nature of the problem a new fridgefreezer was required , this was sorted by the agent and the engineer promptly again with no inconvenience to myself.

When we moved to Cardiff, we were staying in the Hotel and we really needed to find a flat asap.
