Didn't live up to their reputation

I chose Moginie James to see my property due to their excellent reputation, however my experience didn't live up to it. The branch staff were very good, but didn't do enough to market the property meaning it was nearly 6 weeks before I even had a viewing. When I was passed over to the sales progression team I found the service impersonal and the process dragged on for a long time before the buyers pulled out. Not enough was done to evidence the claims made by the buyer and I decided to change to a different agent.

Staff athe Pontcanna office were always helpful, responsive and very well informed. I felt they knew their market well and provided me with a brilliant sales service at all times. Excellent Friendly Welsh Communication
