Jane and Seririan were fantastic throughout the entire transaction. They were professional, easy to contact and kept me closely updated. The process at Moginie James was well organised and professional, it certainly seems that MJ are the higher tier of estate agents in Cardiff. I will admit, I found the third party referencing agent difficult, but MJ helped me through the issues with this. I'd use again, thanks.

Chris, Neil and Claire have been absolutely brilliant with both the sale and purchase of a property for me. They frequently went out of their way and had a very personal approach to finding me the perfect property, off-market. From viewing to renting in just over a week! The team at Moginie James are fantastic. Claire did a great Job of answering all the question I had about the property even though she had to rush out last minute on a Monday night to show me around! Jamie was proactive and incredibly efficient gathering all the information and responding to my concerns even though he had to deal with me answering all these questions on a call in the car that had the worst signal. Joanne wrapped up all my references, documentation and did an incredible job relaying my messages to the landlord. All this meant that the team was able to get me into the house within 10 days before my trip to the USA and I cannot thank them enough! A big shout out to Joanne and Jamie for answering all fifty of my calls I made to them throughout the week - you guys are great! I have and will be recommending Moginie James to everyone I know looking to rent in Cardiff :)

I have interacted with a lot of Estate/Letting Agents in Cardiff and Moginie James have been brilliant. They have been really good at responding quickly to enquiries, really helpful with lots of information and regularly check in to keep me up to date. All the properties are very well managed and they have excellent information and advice about the Residency Scheme and Tenant Liability Insurance. I was shown around by Zac in the Pontcanna office who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and really made an effort to give me as much information about the property as possible.
