The team continue to be such a friendly team whilst being very helpful and providing great communication throughout the whole experience, you never feel like a number and instead feel valued throughout the whole experience. Neil, Ashleigh, and especially Michelle were incredible. We had a particularly complicated 8 month long process to get to completion, due to our original lender pulling out last moment. And the help, patience, support and understanding we got from Moginie James really felt above and beyond. Both I and my partner are incredibly grateful for for the effort these people put into us during that stressful 8 month period. Because of them Moginie James is first on my list if I ever plan to do anything with my properties. And particularly that Pontcanna branch.

The team at Pontcanna have done a great job with letting my property, particularly Zachary and Seirian. They've assisted me in every step and gone above and beyond. Being in London, Seirian was able to visit the property at very short notice to value and take keys. Zac has also undertaken inspections when I was unable to at my request and carried out tasks which I overlooked myself. It's clear this is day to day for them. Great service.

Zach at Moginie James has been fantastic. I decided to rent out my flat and I reached out to Moginie James as a landlord who needed an agent to find a tenant and manage the property. Zach has been a pleasure to deal with - extremely professional, very quick to respond to questions, and has kept me in the loop with updates from start to finish. Tenants were found very quickly to occupy my property, and everything that came with that (gaining references, conducting inventories, etc) was done right away and was an extremely smooth process. Great experience with Moginie James, specifically Chantelle who waited 20 minutes for me in the rain and cold because I was late, then actually took the time to talk to me about the property and answered all my questions straight away. Chantelle from MJ in Pontcanna has been absolutely incredible from the very beginning. We had initially enquired about another property but it had gone off the market that very day. Chantelle promptly called to let me know and to inform me of another property that could interest us and that actually turned out to be the house we're moving into this month! Without her, we wouldn't have the house and are extremely grateful, and very very excited. We've had issues with landlords and letting agents in the past who have let us down so this has been a truly refreshing change of pace. I met Chantelle at the property for the viewing (after an email AND text confirmation which was very helpful) and was shown around, had all my questions answered and called us the very next day to let us know we had secured the house. I only have great things to say about my experience and that's all down to Chantelle. Thank you very much indeed! :)
