Joanne conducted a valuation the day after we first contacted Northwood. She was friendly and efficient, putting us at ease. She explainedthe process and service offered, also taking photographs there and then to make sure the sale could be advertised immediately if we decided to go ahead. We were delighted with the visit and would recommend Northwood.

GoogleFrom buying the house to letting it, Northwood has always been very helpful. The staff give advise wherever needed and communicating to us about any problems that arises. We like the "guaranteed rent" scheme as it give us some peace of mind. We recommend Northwood to those planning to buy house, landlords and tenants.
