I have been viewing houses with Northwood for the past few weeks and have found Carol, to be prompt, polite , helpful and accommodating at all times, she has worked so hard to find me a home that i so wanted and have now found. The whole experience has been a breeze and thank you Carol for making it so. I will be recommending you to any of my friends who are looking for a place in the future.

I had viewed properties with quite a few agents and sadly not all agents turn up at the stated time staff at Northwood are amongst the most professional I have come across both from making appointment to arriving at appointment. Both Kathy and Carol have showed me round properties and have both been punctual and professional, very friendly staff, I recommend Northwood as one of the best I have come across, Highly recommended

I have to say I've not always been too pleased or impressed with the people we've dealt with from Northwood in the 3 years 4 months that we've lived in this property, however, our inspection today was professional and efficient but thorough. Christine was super friendly and chatty. She is a credit to Northwood.

We have found Northwood to be very helpful, and they are responsive when we have an issue. When our heating broke in November, they arranged for it to be repaired within a couple of hours. Fran has inspected the property on a couple of occasions, and was helpful with questions each time. Much better experience with this company than we have had with others.

never responded to emails and/or phone calls without me making follow up calls/emails. Repairs not completed, Flat was damp - tried to charge me despite me having reported the problem 11 months ago. Probably the worst service I have ever experienced - I am aghast that they have any positive reviews. Avoid at all costs.

We have been a tenants with Northwood for over a year and the staff, particularly Ruth, Fran and Mark, have been extremely helpful throughout the course of ours tenancy. Very nice and very friendly staff who look after their tenants. A great experience and I would definitely recommend Northwood to my friends and family

I've been in contact with Rhea throughout the process, the house I liked had been taken by someone else but their application fell through and Rhea contacted me straight away and kept on top of my application to ensure I'd get the house (which I did). Pleased with the service offered and particularly with Rhea for her proactivity as without her assistance I wouldn't have got the house.
