never responded to emails and/or phone calls without me making follow up calls/emails. Repairs not completed, Flat was damp - tried to charge me despite me having reported the problem 11 months ago. Probably the worst service I have ever experienced - I am aghast that they have any positive reviews. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleYou can't ask someone for a guarantor based on their disability. My partner met the affordability criteria, has a job, but is disabled. PERMANENTLY. He was born with a physical disability. But the agent was happy to talk to him until the moment he mentioned he had PIP. Then it was "Oh we require you to have a homeowner guarantor if you receive benefits" He asked "Is it purely because of my disability that I have to have one?" She said "Yes, if you receive a benefit you have to have one" I hope you know that's housing discrimination violating the Equality Act of 2010. Very sad that letting agents think they can get away with discrimination against someone who is disabled.
