GoogleNorthwood Liverpool have been really good since starting a fixed rent contract with them last year. Made everything feel very easy. My account is managed by branch manager Ruth Vosper who has been excellent & super efficient. All remedial maintenance is very reasonably priced through their own tradesmen. I can recommend Northwood unreservedly through my own personal experience.

GoogleI have rented my 2 properties through Northwood for around 10 years now. I use the Guaranteed Rent Scheme and the rent is paid into my account the same day every month. The service from Peter and his team is excellent and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently used Northwood Liverpool office to rent my apartment. From first contact with Northwood, I found them to be efficient, professional and all the team members I have dealt with have been a pleasure to deal with. I was interested in their Rent Guarantee Service and whilst I did not go with this service at this stage, I was happy to appoint them to full manage the property. They have walked me through all the legalities of renting the property, arranged licenses etc. All of these things would have been difficult to deal with given I live overseas. Within a matter of days of advertising the property I had a viewing and the property was snapped up immediately for the requested rental price. Approvals and fact-finding on the potential tenant were thorough and fast and the tenant was moved in within a very short time frame. So happy with the service and highly recommend the team at Northwood, Liverpool.
