As an Electrical Contractor I carry out Electrical maintenance for many Property Maintenance and Management Companies. I have found Northwood Properties to be a very reputable company. Maintenance manager Ellie Ealey is very organized and efficient she gets the balance right between managing tenants and landlords needs and expectations whilst facilitating contractors such as myself to carry out works required. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Northwood Properties and Ellie Ealey to anybody requiring there services, this review is given from someone with experience of the inner workings of property management, and believe me not all companies out there are the same.

So I contacted Northwood as a prospective landlord seeing as they are local and an ever popular agent in my area... After submitting an online query via their contact form, the team were quickly in touch to understand my needs and see if they could be of service. Just a few weeks later my property has a tenant in place, whilst using agents is not always something I understand people wish to do when letting, for me this experience has been a breeze. Whilst giving me peace of mind around accounts and viewings, it also importantly ensured the tenant was happy and looked after when moving into their new home. I’ve received great service from all of the team so far but have to mention Ellie Ealey who has been superb in keeping me up to date as applications and situations have progressed. I look forward to many years of partnership and business together.

GoogleI applied for one of their properties I’ve have been asked over 10 days to give them lot of information. After I handle everything to them no even a reply saying the house have been taking. I just feeling they were playing with me. Hope all the information is being deleted. After they declined my application I asked them if they could help me to find another property as they have all my details already and I am in a desperate situation and they didn’t bother to answer that! You took 10 days to forward the requested information whilst another application was approved in the meantime. We are sorry that this happened but it was you that delayed us processing your application. We are also sorry that we did not have any other similar properties to offer you but again this is out of our control.

I am renting my current house via Northwood Liverpool since last 2 years, only have good words about their excellent service. The whole process of renting the property till date was smooth. Repairs and maintenance are no issues at all.. Excellent service, would recommend them.

GoogleHad to have a shower tray replaced due to a crack and the landlord was quick to agree and Northwood were quick to deal with. The guys that did the job did a fantastic job and communicated with us professionally through out, there was a hitch which delayed the job but that doesn't matter as the completed work is first class

I am sorry to hear you have been dissatisfied with the service. We do inform all applicants that we are processing multiple applications. These are then put to the owner to make a final decision. We aim to keep all applicants updated on where their application is up to. There can be delays while waiting for references from external companies.

Just had a very positive experience with Northwood estate agents and their guaranteed rent service. We decided to give the service a try and guess what it really does work. They have just let our beautiful property to a lovely tenant and whilst it was empty we recieved our full rent each time it was due. All the staff at the west derby branch are also a pleasure to deal with. Service fully recommended
