The young lady who I normally deal with is Rachel, always bright and cheerful, nothing is too much trouble. Northwood is an excellent Letting Agent with professional and trustworthy staff.

An urgent maintenance issue occured on the 8th March. Christine contacted me by phone which I did not answer and thus left a vociemail and sent an email explaining the problem. I then called Cristine to discuss the situation and requested additional information and quotes for the required work. The quotes and infformation were provided the next day and the required work was authorised. Full marks for the inital communication and speed of response. I should also note that previous issues have always been communicated and resolved quickly.

During the purchase process of our first home we have required guidance and reassurance. We have received fantastic service from Joanne who has made the experience enjoyable rather than daunting. These guys are really professional estate agents (which is a welcome change!). Been renting through them for just over 4 years and I've never had any issues with them. Rachel Yeo has been particularly helpful & responsive. She's the agent that's been looking after my tenancy. I always get a speedy response to anything. Reminders for tenancy renewals are always sent in good time with both digital & hard copies available (the digital signing process now makes things much quicker & easier). Recently my boiler stopped working so I sent an email to Rachel in the evening. By the following afternoon (on a Sunday) the gas engineer had come round and resolved the issue. Very quick so was pleasantly surprised. Very happy with service so far and hope to continue renting through Northwood until I purchase my own property in the near future (which I may also go through Northwood for). Cheers!

Lettings Services of the highest order

I cannot speak highly enough of the service I experienced when dealing with Northwoods lettings team. So efficient, and quick to respond with diligence. From a landlords perspective, they have provided me with a very competitive 'Guaranteed Rental Agreement' and absolute peace of mind that the property will be cared for, in a way of which will require little to no intervention of my own. I've been dealing with another branch of Northwood based in London for over a decade now and have seen the same high standards practiced year on year. I've every belief this is the company wide culture. May I pay particular praise to Ruth Ledson of whom personally managed my property rental acquisition.
