The ReedsRains Guisborough Team are excellent. They combine professional experience with exactly the kind of local knowledge you need when selling a house well. From the initial discussion and advice regarding valuation, the team were very helpful throughout the sales process: Being flexible about meetings and timings, taking excellent photographs, arranging viewings and liaising carefully with potential buyers. Key positives for us were: their local property knowledge about which aspects of the property and location are important; and also personal updates as the house sale progressed, ensuring good communication between buyers, surveyors and solicitors. Reeds Rains have consistently acted professionally and with efficiency on my behalf. This review is in relation to Dan, the valuation manager at the Scarborough branch who was very personable, yet professional when he came to value my house. He discussed everything I wished to know with interest and integrity. His expertise in property was clearly evident yet he totally accepted my thoughts too and we came together with a realistic, fair valuation. Dan took much time and consideration to obtain great photos and Giraffe 360 imagery and worked over his allotted timings. He completed the task to allow for the best possible outcome, a quick, efficient sale of my property. I would highly recommend Reeds Rains, Dan and all the staff and I look forward to working with them again in the future should the situation arise.
