GoogleGem at RR was great. In fact all the staff were brilliant. Right from the start they generated viewings and very quickly a sale. Plenty of communication and always there when needed . Definitely recommend this team especially Gem who was a 'little Gem' , friendly and helpful to the end. Many thanks
Thank you for your kind review. If you need us in the future you know where we are.

GoogleI have dealt with many of the Reeds Rains branches in the North East over the past years and can honestly say the Durham branch upkeep those high standards set, impeccably. Lucy and the team go out of their way to provide a top service that I could not recommend highly enough. If you're buying, selling or investing in this area this is the place to go!

GoogleHaving experienced the very worst of letting agents previously. The folks that never return calls. The folks that never actually follow through and do what they say they will I was close to giving up on renting property in Durham. As a last roll of the dice I booked a viewing and met Ashley Mitchell. Who has completely changed my view. Punctual , friendly, helpful and above all else an astute professional who clearly cares about what he does, which makes a massive difference. When I look to move next Ashley at Reeds Rains will be the only number I call.
Thank you very much for your kind review Brian, your feedback is highly appreciated and we look forward to working with you in the future. Kindest Regards, Ashley Mitchell, Lettings Manager, Reeds Rains

GoogleI visited Reeds Rains when I was looking to move from Newcastle to Durham. I met with Lucy initially, who gave me great advice on the area. Her team were friendly, and recommended a number of properties to meet my requirements. I'd highly recommend.

GoogleAs a landlord I have been provided with outstanding support and advice by Ashley and the Durham team for a number of years. With Ashley's assistance my property has achieved almost 100% occupancy, whilst I have been able to rely upon the Reads Rains team to deal with day to day management of the property, including maintenance and legal compliance. I would recommend Ashley and his team at Durham to any new or established landlord.
Hi Mike, Thank you very much for your review, we look forward to continuing the relationship with Reeds Rains.

TrustpilotTimperley Branch
Obviously can't comment on negative reviews as I suppose each office has different standards and varying levels of professionalism & customer satisfaction but the Timperley branch that managed our sale & purchase were excellent.Being in the middle of a chain, they had to allay any fears our (very accommodating) seller and, whilst also remaining patient with our buyers (very incompetent) solicitors (conveyancingexperts.co.uk .....the irony!!) They were very positive and reassuring throughout the entire process through to completion -- right through to their recommended choice of our solicitor (Irwin Mitchell - Manchester.) Given all the challenges that were put in their way and the endless chase that they had to make they got the job done. Big thanks to Phil, Shirley, Claire & James....well done!

TrustpilotVery good service from Stone, Staffordshire team
Sold a house through Reeds Rains, Stone, Staffordshire on behalf of my father-in-law. Took some time for a purchaser to make an offer, but I could not fault the service received from Reeds Rains - Connor, Stan and Naomi were all very attentive. We had some logistical difficulties - that's nothing unusual in a property transaction - but Reeds Rains were always helpful, always on hand and always willing to act on our behalf. Glad it's all over, but thank you for smoothing the pathway for us.

TrustpilotHave been a tenant via Marple Reeds…
Have been a tenant via Marple Reeds Rain since Sept 2017. Dealt completely by an amazing lady called Carolyne Weston who has really looked after ourselves as Tenant throughout the tenancy. Carolyne is pleasant, approachable and always returns your calls and communicates effectively with you when you have a query. Carolyne has visited the property and always leaves a little bit of feedback so we know all is okay which is a good thing for ongoing management of the tenancy. Carolyne chases any concerns we had about repairs outside of reeds rains control and is definitely a doing sort of person. to be honest the tenancy has been fine but we will miss Carolyne especially and her colleagues at Marple Branch

TrustpilotFor the past 3 years I have rented…
For the past 3 years I have rented properties as a landlord through reeds rains (Dinnington branch). The service we receive from Liz and Maxine at the Dinnington office is second to none. I have also recently sold a property through this branch which is being dealt with by Liz and again the service has been outstanding. One of the biggest things they do so well, is communicate with you on a regular basis and keep you updated - don't underestimate how grateful people are for this! Thanks for all your continued help

TrustpilotReeds Rains Hull, unprofessional and not helpful
Reeds Rains HullTreats customers with disdain and just straight up rudeness. Unwilling to fix errors they have made, and then have a go at me on the phone for standing up to my customer rights. Was without hot water for almost three weeks in December, and there was no interest from Reeds Rains to fix it. Thanks to that boiler leak, my bedroom is now suffering from mold and it's not fit to sleep in.Thoroughly unprofessional, unpleasant and frankly embarrassing to deal with but always happy to overcharge customers with hidden costs. If I could go back in time, I would never have made any dealings with this company.

TrustpilotReeds Rains Waterloovile. Tony
Reeds Rains Waterloovile.Tony Ravensdale one of the agents here. Happy to lie about everything to make his life as easy as possible, even to the point of steeling. Stay as far from this man as possible. He’ll act like he’s a friend but thinking in the back of his mind what profits he can personally steal. If your into maintenance or cleaning please you’ve been warned this man is a low life Theif.

TrustpilotEmbarrassing service and so unprofessional for a company of Reed rains size!!
Had two viewings with them that I booked over a week ago, I received confirmation of the house viewings on the day as a reminder email. Turned up at both for no one to turn up, no one advised me of this, no communication whatsoever other than the reminder which was pointless. When I turned up for the second viewing the people living at the house told me it was sold a week ago!! She apologised but obviously she wasn’t to blame, absolutely shocking service and very unprofessional! Complete waste of time!!
