GoogleI have used Wood & Pilcher, specifically Keith Radley, to buy two houses and sell one. I would not consider using another estate agent; Keith is head and shoulders above the competition, and the competition is good! Keith is honest and always has his customer's best interests at heart. He is ethical, straightforward, professional, likeable and genuine. Keith has an incredible knack for getting to know and positively influencing his customers. In this way, he has sold me two houses; the first time, it was the only one I looked at and the second time, the fourth. He also managed to sell my house in one of the worst housing down turns I have experienced. Thank you, Keith, you are a genius!

From the moment we signed up to W&P they have been pro active in sending us details and houses that matched well to what we’d outlined. The communication has been great, everyone personable and they went the extra mile to get us exchanged and agreed on completion date. Thank you to Keith, Mark, Charlotte and all the team!

GoogleI would describe Keith and his team at Wood & Pilcher as being: friendly, personable and professional with a high degree of integrity and customer service. They are knowledgeable, highly competent with a great understanding of market conditions and the local market. Perhaps the stand-out feature that gave us that greater confidence in Wood & Pilcher and knowing that we were in safe hands was that when others were offering advice, Wood & Pilcher were advising the opposite and on each occasion Wood & Pilcher proved to be correct! I would have no hesitation in using Wood & Pilcher again.

FacebookOur rental property has been left in a dangerous condition. The property is managed by the Tunbridge Wells office. We reported a leak to the toilet 7 and a half weeks ago, the flooring was damaged and was dangerous to walk on as the flooring underneath had become loose. Yesterday we had contractors attend and began to fix the flooring, half way through the work, the landlady contacted them and told them to stop all work immediately. The result is that we have no flooring in the bathroom apart from a small walkway leading to the sink, either side there is a 1 and a half foot drop. The contractors were upset as they did not want to leave the property in such condition but we're told that they wouldn't be paid for the work if they continued. We have children in the property who are unable to use the bathroom and we have had to barricade the door in case they forget in the night and fall through the floor. I wish I could share the photo, it is terrible. The landlord and estate agents are more than happy to take almost 2k per month than to ensure the property is suitable to be lived in.

Awful communication. Both to me the tenant and to the landlord I was renting from. Kept being fobbed off with different answers everytime I communicated. Would not recommend rent g through them, they are clueless.
