GoogleA big thumbs up for Mike at Wood & Pilcher in Heathfield. We were recently involved in the buying and selling process which featured a difficult chain, Mike was excellent and helpful in keeping things moving along with good communication throughout. Mr S & Mrs T Davies.
5/5
GoogleI had a great experience with the Heathfield branch, Tom Hitchins was very friendly and kept me informed at every stage of the sale. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleSuperb service during our house purchase. We have mainly dealt with Mike, who is a true credit to an industry that often comes under criticism. He is highly efficient and proactive, but also gets the balance right with not being at all “pushy”! He kept my nerves calm when we hit some last minute delays, which I really needed! We also met Sienna on two viewings who is delightful, and builds rapport really easily with her clients. Thanks for everything!

GoogleWe sold a house through Wood & Pilcher. The sale process was a difficult one for many reasons but throughout it all the staff at W&P were positive, efficent, open and honest. Moreover one particular member of staff went above and beyond to help ensure that people had access to the property even when we were away.

GoogleCouldn’t have been happier with the service from Wood & Pilcher from the moment they valued our home to the point of getting the deal done. Professional, friendly and 100% committed to getting the best outcome for us throughout, then supporting us as needed all the way through the sales process, often going above and beyond to ensure that all parties were well informed and things could progress. Thank you Steve, Donna and Sally in particular - a true TW dream team! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone thinking of buying or selling in the local area. Paul & Rebecca Honey & Family

GoogleNothing was too much trouble - diligent over every aspect and in my view went above and beyond - even checking the remedial work on the property had been undertaken prior to tenancy when we were on holiday - not part of the normal service - i cant thank you enough - The process was slick, staff charming and diligent and the property was rented very quickly - highly recommend to all landlords - Lucy needs a special mention nothing too much trouble

GoogleBoth Tania and Dan have been excellent finding a quick buyer and managing the chain and subsequent communication, following our previous purchaser pulling out at the last minute. Given the sale was not straightforward - due in part to market and local factors and the total lapsed time to exchange, it would not have been a surprise if the branch got tired and heads dropped. That was not the case! The energy, focus and passion remained throughout process. And even when we experienced a few bumps in the road, they remained calm, professional and took ownership to resolve. Never avoiding our calls. Always taking accountability. They are an experienced lot. They know what they are doing.
