GoogleA big thumbs up for Mike at Wood & Pilcher in Heathfield. We were recently involved in the buying and selling process which featured a difficult chain, Mike was excellent and helpful in keeping things moving along with good communication throughout. Mr S & Mrs T Davies.

GoogleWe sold a house through Wood & Pilcher. The sale process was a difficult one for many reasons but throughout it all the staff at W&P were positive, efficent, open and honest. Moreover one particular member of staff went above and beyond to help ensure that people had access to the property even when we were away.

GoogleSuperb service during our house purchase. We have mainly dealt with Mike, who is a true credit to an industry that often comes under criticism. He is highly efficient and proactive, but also gets the balance right with not being at all “pushy”! He kept my nerves calm when we hit some last minute delays, which I really needed! We also met Sienna on two viewings who is delightful, and builds rapport really easily with her clients. Thanks for everything!

GoogleSelling my father's property from a distance could have been a huge headache but Wood & Pilcher took care of everything for me. They handled all the viewings and Tania was brilliant at giving me weekly updates so I always knew exactly where things stood. Professional, clear communication and support made this process straightforward. An excellent service from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

GoogleNothing was too much trouble - diligent over every aspect and in my view went above and beyond - even checking the remedial work on the property had been undertaken prior to tenancy when we were on holiday - not part of the normal service - i cant thank you enough - The process was slick, staff charming and diligent and the property was rented very quickly - highly recommend to all landlords - Lucy needs a special mention nothing too much trouble

GoogleBoth Tania and Dan have been excellent finding a quick buyer and managing the chain and subsequent communication, following our previous purchaser pulling out at the last minute. Given the sale was not straightforward - due in part to market and local factors and the total lapsed time to exchange, it would not have been a surprise if the branch got tired and heads dropped. That was not the case! The energy, focus and passion remained throughout process. And even when we experienced a few bumps in the road, they remained calm, professional and took ownership to resolve. Never avoiding our calls. Always taking accountability. They are an experienced lot. They know what they are doing.
